I should have done more research when I first booked a room. I saw it had an 8 score and it was “very good” so I went for it. For one, the neighborhood is ghetto. When we entered we noticed the floor was dirty, there was left over food in the fridge, a partially used toilet paper, and a used bandaid hanging from the bathroom ceiling. There was also a lady having a VERY loud conversation outside in front of our room regarding her personal court business. Never again.

A/c worked ok. Room was old smelt funny, no.toilet paper. Good thing we had some tissue. Door barely locked. And then toilet was clogged in the morning. My body feels itchy now also. Regret staying here

The good:
Room very clean
Bed was very soft and comfortable
Hot water came fast through faucets
Large smart TV
Plenty of wall plugs
AC worked and cooled room fast
Large mini-fridge
The bad:
TV had an analog 3rd party remote. Couldn't go into settings to change input. Stuck on cable and most channels not in English.
Shower floor was very slippery with no non-slip pads
No microwave
3rd day one of the fresh blankets had a band-aid stuck to it. Gross
Noisy outdoors and thin windows didn't block any of it.

This is an old 1960's type motel, a bit run-down, let's just say it has a lot of "character" as well as a few characters who may be living on vouchers from the state, but you'll be right across the street from Korea Town (K-Town) with an abundance of great restaurants. The food is excellent. If you've never had Korean food you are missing out.
I have a daily habit of walking in the early morning when it's still dark. I felt perfectly safe on Garden Grove Blvd. The locals are warm and friendly and helpful. All you have to do is smile at them; they're people just like you.

The room was listed as being able to sleep up to six people. Knowing that it had two queen beds, I assumed that rollaways would be available since I made my reservation for six people (and paid an extra fee). I was clearly mistaken, because they have no rollaways. Ridiculous. When I questioned the lady working the front desk about how six people would ever sleep in such a room, she tried to tell me that she doesn't know anything about people's sleeping arrangements...
Don't waste your time with this place.

The wooden floor was kinda slimy with bare feet on, but everything else was okay tv was limited I thought I would definitely be nice if it had YouTube on it but yes over a pretty good price place
