When we arrived and checked in, we were told they would text us between 3:00 and 4:00 PM to let us into our room—something they never actually did. The buffet lacks variety and is far too expensive for the quality of food offered. A receptionist claimed she would give us $200 in vouchers to return another day to compensate for the ongoing construction, but this turned out to be untrue; she actually wanted us to book a hotel stay to redeem them, even though she had initially stated they were being offered specifically because of the construction work. I was only able to use one day because online it said it pool closed at 10pm and by 7:00pm we were no longer able to go in plus check in lines were long missed out on a day on my daughters actual birth day.

We enjoyed the facility. The staff were friendly. Wished there was a microwave in the room and the doors were wide enough to accommodate a large wheelchair. And the chlorine was a little strong, but other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the facility.

We spent Christmas Eve with our children. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby, including the hotel itself. Although my English isn't great, the staff were very patient and provided smiling service. It was a wonderful experience, and the children had a great time.

The carpet in the room was not very clean, probably because it had not been cleaned for a long time. The bed was good and I slept soundly. The twin room is not the best. The sofa and desk take up space at the back of the room. There is no view outside and it faces the parking garage. The washbasin is in the room. The bathroom only has a toilet and a bathtub/shower (it makes a strange sound when you take a shower). The door is not very soundproof. You can hear the footsteps and people coming and going in the corridor very clearly. The hotel occupancy rate is very high during the summer vacation, and it takes a long time to check in. It is mainly because you can get a water park ticket when you check in. The children have a lot of fun. The parking lot is full and self-parking is also charged, about $35 a day. If the children like it, stay two more nights. They are in the indoor water park during the day and fall asleep at night, which is very convenient.
