The hotel is an independent cottage with a living room, a kitchen, a dining table, a room and a bathroom. There is also a supermarket nearby which is convenient. It is very close to Yellowstone Park. It's just that we came in winter and many roads were closed due to ice. We could only see a small part of the attractions. This is a bit regrettable. I hope we can see more attractions next time we come in summer.

Our family stayed at Yellowstone Gateway Inn for three nights in early June. The location is very very close to the North entrance to the park, which is my favorite entrance. My husband and I agreed at the end of the trip that we should have just stayed all nights at Yellowstone Gateway Inn (instead of spending some nights in West Yellowstone -- the queues are longer getting in). Yellowstone Gateway Inn is also really close to a grocery store where we got essentials for packed lunches. The kitchen is well equipped. Even though it's a small business in a small town (and in a rather seasonal business), the staff is kind and tries to go above and beyond. Special shout out to KARI who made my daughter's day! We will be recommending Yellowstone Gateway Inn to all our friends.

We go to Yellowstone National Park every single year and this is our go to hotel that we stay at. It is clean, convenient location in Gardner, friendly staff, and very quiet.

This place is ok, but it is not well maintained. Kerri who checked us in was great--5 stars, but the room needs some attention. That being said, we might stay there again when in Gardiner, but we will know what to expect. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets we low quality. We liked the location.

A very clean and comfortable stay in Gardiner. The 2 bedrooms , kitchen and living rooms along with a decent sized bathroom and quite lovely shower gave us plenty of space to spread out. Beds were very comfortable and check in and out was seemless. Off the road but still walkable to everything in town meant for quiet nights and seemed to appeal to a local elk or two who found a nice place to bed down as well. Highly recommend this gem
