Motel 6 Garland, TX - Northeast Dallas

I came here for a 2 day class although there was alot of construction it was right off the highway. The hotel was dated but did the job for the price. The staff was not morning staff was not very personal but the night staff was friendly. Please be advised that I was told by 1st shift staff the keys are reset everyday for "My protection" when I inquire why my key was not working the 2nd day. This is very inconvenient and didn't make me feel any more protection!

The hotel manager attempted to over charge me and then room was in horrible shape. Dirty walls leaky plumbing. Will not ever return.

Ion like nothing about it . Especially the people very rude and don’t know how to communicate worst experience I ever had at any motel took my money wouldn’t give me my deposit back.

They let an authorized person access my room while i was gone

Rude front desk. Was told there was issue with my funds however later management came knocking to apologize and offer a $10 discount after they falsey accused me of not paying my hotel even though it was booked here. According to them they had the room number mix up so again I'm just a number not a person or paying customer. The bathroom shower leaked all over. The room has thin walls. Construction makes it impossible to park or even access building. They wake you up 3 hours prior to check out to make sure you check out on time. Not worth the stay!!!

Great last minute room for a quick overnight stay.
