very good hotel for holiday, nice view from the room and restaurant.

Great place to spend few days in nature and with great internal facilities.

Great location on the outskirts of town but easily walked from the station in the summer/autumn, just be aware of the hike up a steep trail to the entrance - there is an alternative! Food was wonderful - great variety in the buffet breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful; they make you so welcome. At the back of the hotel are trails with fabulous views of Zugspitze and Alpspitze; you can hike the old bob sleigh run, too. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

First of all: The breakfast was the best we've ever had in a normal hotel! The bed was comfortable, it was super quiet at night and you can go on lovely hikes along the historic bobsleigh run directly from the hotel. We'd love to come back! Unfortunately, the area around the swimming pool was a bit small with only a few loungers, all of which were occupied. In the evening, there were delicious drinks at good prices at the bar. All the staff were really very nice and accommodating.

I didn't pay much attention when I made the reservation. I thought it was a B&B hotel, but I didn't expect it to be a large five-star hotel halfway up the mountain. The scenery is unparalleled. You can see the Alps and lakes from the lawn outside the hotel. There is a hiking route directly up the mountain. The breakfast is also very rich and parking is convenient.

The hotel is at the foot of Zugspitze Mountain. You need to drive a short mountain road. There is a small lake next to the hotel. The scenery is very beautiful. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the train station to Zugspitze. The hotel facilities are a little old, but the overall hygiene and The service is very good, the breakfast is more Western-style, the variety is okay, and overall it is recommended!

A beautifully located hotel, great ambience and a wonderful spa area. We will definitely go back. Breakfast and dinner were great. Organizational things could work a little better and more smoothly.

The reception is friendly. The hotel is beautifully situated on the Riessersee with a view of the mountains or GAP. From here you can start beautiful hikes. In summer the lake is perfect for swimming. We were here a few years ago for winter sports. We had a maisonette and it was really great... and 2 balconies with a view of the lake. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired! You can also sit outside. In the spa area there are saunas... and a pool as well as a small whirlpool - from here you have access to the sun terrace. Treatments can also be booked. In the Seehaus you can get delicious food and sit comfortably. We really liked it. We will come again. ****

Highly recommended. Very well located, good breakfast and front desk staff is so kind. My wife and I had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Sparkling wine for us as VIP Gold and at the checkout hotel gave a small gift to my wife as it was her birthday and a German pretzel to eat on our trip back to home

Definitely get the panoramic room at the Seehaus. Waking up to that view is worth every dime. Fantastic staff. Food is delicious. Can't think of a better place on earth to spend Christmas!
