I went to this place with my partner, it's very cool for the atmosphere. Many green plants where we can breathe more oxygen. Anyway, this place is very comfortable and recommended. Most happy with the service of the team and the reception staff, so good at serving us, thank you.

I visited this Hotel for a trip to Garut on 21-22 July 2020. The hotel was rather big, inside a complex with some restaurants or cafes next to the hotel. The service was good: fast check-in, fast room service (i was borrowing a set of spoon, fork and plate). The location of the hotel is very close to the city of Garut. However the facility is kinda poorish. I spent a lot of my time in the hotel room for working, but the table is very-very small. I worked with a MacBook Air 13” on the table and not even my hand could be laid on the table. It's only enough for a laptop. If you need more space, you must move the tray of glasses and instant beverages to other place. The electric water kettle handle was frail, it should be glued to its body, but some parts of the handle are detached. The bed was not too comfy, you could feel the spring when you are sitting or even lying down. The soap in the bathroom is 3 in 1: soap, shampoo and conditioner. The shower's hot water is warm, not hot enough for me. Another big problem for me is the lighting. Even when I turned all the lights on, the lighting was still dim. My eye was hurting when I do my work on the laptop during late afternoon to early morning. If you're doing business in Garut and don't stay a lot in the hotel, this hotel is recommended for you. You will mostly not care how comfy the bed is when you're tired and you will not use the table for working. However, if you're doing a holiday or do stay a lot in the room and willing to work from the hotel, this hotel is not for you. I would like to suggest you Santika, which offer you better in-room experience, with more expensive price unfortunately.

I review about the water tourist destination yaa1 Because he didn't get in the hotel 1. We came on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 2 pm 2. Water tour entrance ticket 50rb 3. Ban rental tickets and lockers are on the photo 4. The place is large and suitable for bringing children who love to play in the water. 5. The fav place in this location is wave pool, bubble bath, and sponge. 6. Many photo spots 7. Food can be brought outside. 8. Many drinks and food vendors on the spot don't worry if they don't bring supplies from home. 9. We left the location at 1 o'clock.

Very good hotel, rooms are spacious, but wardrobe closet is less than adequate. There is bathtube in every room which is a pleasant. The pool is great. Breakfast is ok, but the egg corner is only serving omellete. Location is great, you can find numerous good restaurants within 5 minutes ride

Hotel is in front of the sea directly, got new room, seems they just built it. The room is very clean, had double bed and clean as well, bathroom is narrow but clean, need to wait quite some time for AC to be cooled. For 1 night stay was comfortable enough compare the others.

GGuest UserThis was an average hotel stay in Indonesia - where the outside appearance is more important than the inside. We got our hopes up on the short golf-cart-ride to our room as the lighted paths and rice paddies were beautiful. But when we got to our room we were in for a letdown. The frequently used table-tops were oily, while the out of the way areas were dusty. The reservation was for 3 guests, but there was 2 of everything in the room. I excitedly opened the curtain to check out our view and discovered the window was frosted and there was nothing to see (maybe the back of another building?) There was an overwhelming smell of motor oil coming from somewhere that gave me an instant headache throughout our stay. We really would have liked to sit outside to enjoy the evening air, but any benches were not covered and therefore wet from the rain. Positives: the staff were quick to respond to our requests, bathroom and sheets were clean, buffet breakfast was good

Llihayana lihayanaWe booked this place stayed at kawung villa or 2 storage traditional bungalow/wooden house for 1 night.
The place is amazing we are located surrounding all the mountains. This resort offering few styles of room, u can book little bungalow enough for max 3 ppl, luxury villa, or big house for groups with private swimming pool.
In our bungalow we have bath up with natural hot spring from the mountain. The bath up so big is enough for 3 adults to soak in. They provided us with the amenities, we have a tatami/breakfast nooks, and the bedroom at upstair with balcony overlook the mountain & fish pond.
This resort so huge, so beautiful sorrounded with all the mountains and 1 main attraction is the public swimming pool. Every guest who stayed in this hotel will have free access to the pool unlimitedly, but fyi this pool also open for the public with the paying entry ticket.
The swimming pool temperature so warm, since the water is natural hot spring from the nearest mountain. Unfortunately they have only 1 olympics size pool and 1 small pool for soaking the feet since the tempature so hot above 40' c.
The pool might be crowded during afternoon time, but guest still can access them till 9pm so u can have a quite pool. The view from the pool so romatic & beautiful since we are at the feet of mountains. U can see the sunset from the pool, which so beautiful.
Only 1 feedback for the management, please impove the breakfast menu. Since this hotel sorrounded the mountains and the temperature quite cold maybe in restaurant can serve more soup styles. And when we had the breakfast there the food actually not so warm and the taste of the food quite bland & not intresting.
But i can recommend this place to everyone to stay here more than a night because so many thing we can explore from this resort. And there is foot spa whre we can seat at the fish pond, while we wait the fish clean out all the dead skins from ours feet & very ticklies.

UUmmu_FadzaWhen we stayed in the Sundan Canyon, we took a holiday with 2 kids. The children are very happy to be able to fully ride on a boat & paddle themselves, there are water bikes, flying fox, children's play park, children's pool, and a warm water bath, the staff there are very friendly helping us. Food & drinks in the pool order are affordable including cheap. Rooms without AC have a fan, but the weather there is cold especially at night. For breakfast, there are many options, it tastes pretty good, for children under 5 years old free, above 5 get 50%. One day we wanted to take a vacation back at Lake Dariza Resort.

the best room is number 102 with a balcony and view from the 2nd floor room.
What's fun, there are 2 large and small onsen pools.
There is also a soaking room with a private soaking tub.
The only thing that is a bit lacking is that there isn't much variety in breakfast.
the rest is all fine.
Hot shower in the room is strong, AC is cold.

NNakedTraveler88Here is the place you looking for this whole time. Pandemic things, new-normal brought us the to new way of life. A hygiene, sanitize and healthy life we are living nowadays. In this place you'll find a fresh air, quiet environment, peaceful nature and supported by a sundanese classic design of building, the lake concept just simply stunning. When you choose the lake house for stay, in the morning you'll be woken up by the cold of the weather, feed those beautiful koi fishes (a lot of them) as first thing in the morning with your kiddos. Of course while you take your breakfast too (ask the room service to deliver it to the room). After that, you need to take your family goong around the lake by canoe. This is just a perfect escape plan you need. We spent 2 nights here and it is worth for every single penny. As you leave Sampireun, you'll find yourself fresher, fully recharged and a thought for when you are going to visit this place once again. Because you belongs here... Regards,
