Good hotel clean but not cheap 200$ a night breakfast don’t bother

It was a good stay, a little bit noisy in the hallway but it was okay

I always enjoy using it. The price is good, it's clean, and most of all, the gym is the best. I think it would be good for everyone to try the gym at least once.

Very clean room and very welcoming staff. Breakfast and coffee were ok! Ultimately, we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel has a car park. There is a very small breakfast room with only two dining tables. The breakfast is a boxed meal. It is like this every day, and the quality is very poor. The hygienic conditions are average. I stayed in two twin rooms, and three of the sheets were not changed. Later, the store asked someone to replace it. It feels bad. The hotel is sorry for the price of nearly 1,000 yuan. It is unimaginable to have such poor living conditions at this price in China. This is the first time I gave a bad review to the hotel where I stayed.

I booked a room and made a simple mistake, I’m human I booked it a day late, and they didn’t refund me and I had no where to go I ask for them to just change the date and they wouldn’t, if I could give 1 star I would, this was very unacceptable, and then they gona tell me they are all booked when I told them to just put it to the day I want, Terrible experience!

The hotel was clean, the room was nice, the beds were comfortable, the staff helpful….. only complaint is, all the pillows were too big for both men. So the sleep was poor. The price was very good too. A choice of different size pillows would make for an excellent stay. Very good restaurant within walking distance.

The room had these old, dirty, and ripped furniture in there and there was only one little bottle of shampoo for 3 guests! I called the front desk to get one more, and they asked me to go to the front desk to get it. Not impressed with the service nor with the old furniture in the room.

Hotel is from the 70's with an ongoing lobby renovation. Rooms were upgrated with floating floors & tiles in washroom. They shouldn't of kept the old bath & toilet bowl of biege color. Didn't sleep much because they have 2 facing doors on each side of the hall, so lots of door noises going on. Building is dark brown from outside with dark carpeting in hallways & low lighting. This place is overpriced by $30. Will not return. Because of renovations breakfast was not served althought a lunch box with no juice nor yogurt included.

Staff friendly. Martin at reception was terrific. Beds and pillows very comfortable and rooms clean. Lots of parking. Overall though the hotel looks tired. The hair dryer barely had any power and was useless for drying hair. The most disappointing was the breakfast which was just a prepackaged container in a fridge containing a stale croissant, cheese slice and a boiled egg. Coffee was a Keurig with some powdered white stuff posing as cream. Overall I felt hotel was too expensive.

The hotel is good value, has a good location, and wifi worked. Also the bed was super comfortable. Other than that - it was just poor to okay. Room had been updated a bit but felt a bit tired and sad. There was still tape on walls from when some previous guest had hung a banner. No housekeeping during our stay which I didn't mind as we kept our room clean but would have been nice to have a quick sweep and emptying of garbage. The biggest issue in this hotel is the noise. We were on the second floor and all three nights (Thurs-Sat nights) were noisy in our halway. The first night I was up between 2-4am. At 4am someone was yelling 'I'm running' while running down the hall. I bought earplugs at Walmart to fix the sleeping problem. The walls are paper thin between your room and hallway so bring earplugs if you want to sleep.

El hotel ofrece un servicio de un hotel de paso, ubicado en las afueras de la ciudad con únicamente 2 pisos. Punto a destacar, la honestidad de sus empleados, una compañera de grupo olvidó su bolso con dinero y pasaporte y al momento se comunicaron y se encargaron de hacer el envío a la siguiente ciudad, realmente plausible, da muy bien de qué hablar de su personal y los valores que imparten en la cadena.

Pas moyen d'avoir un café chaud le matin, nous nous levons tôt et départ tôt avant 6hres, pas de café disponible à la réception ni de nourriture !! Pourquoi ailleurs genre mont joli ou mont laurier, le café est disponible ! En plus le confort inn à côté nous sert le déjeuner chaud des 6 heures sans commentaires ( vous trop tôt)

Très déçu de cet hôtel, nullement mentionné qu'il est en travaux... Ce qui veut dire, pas d'ascenseur (on porte les valises) pas de réfectoire pour le petit déjeuner (pas de choix , servi dans des boites en plastiques) pas de place pour manger (une chambre sert de salle avec 2 tables !!) les chambres ne sont pas très propre, on a eu des fourmis, les rideaux étaient sales.. heureusement la salle de bain était propre. La personne à l'accueil était agréable. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement
