The hotel is in a good location. It's not new but it's fine. The biggest problem is your booking for the room. You also get charged for parking and service fees. Expect to pay $30 to whatever they decide to charge you for the extras at check in. I HATE HIDDEN FEES

The last time we visited this hotel, the door was left wide opened before we got to the room? Given a key & told to go to this room & the door was opened & bugs were all over the place inside? We did ask for a differ room, but early am, we could hear the staff & the rolling out with th cart/carts right outside our door, but we hadn't had a problem last time we were there, where we were so surprised this time?

Currently staying here. This place is gross. And our rooms smells like mold. We asked to move and they wont allow us. We also booked a balcony room and they put us in front of pool. Again, they wont let us move. The bathroom is dirty and the tub is filthy. I do NOT recommend this place.

Close to many attractions and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Arrived a little early but couldn’t check in until 3. There was some trash left in our room upon check in. Clean towels brought every day. Hot breakfast with orange juice, coffee and water.

We have stayed here at least 10 times and are already thinking about next year's trip. It is close to all the in town activities that we like to do. They are doing some updates and repairs, but it did not disturb us in any way. While we occasionally have had minor issues over the years, all have been resolved quickly. I truly enjoy just sitting on the balcony watching the creek. The sound of the water is just so relaxing. Thank you to Mitch for making sure we got a Creekside room. As a bonus, we got to see a bear that comes by. (Please give him space.) We look forward to next year.

The room was remodeled. Had no soap or shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The room had no remote, went to the front desk & the person give me a new remote & program it for me We met some wonderful people there The motel right in town so everything is in walking distance.

This hotel is good for a one night stay in downtown Gatlinburg. It is close to all the attractions downtown. The guy that checked us in was very friendly. They are making an effort to update the rooms. We had a nice corner room with a view of the mountains and the creek. When we first got there and when we were unloading our truck a bear came up in the parking lot. It was very close to us. It did make an attempt to get in our truck after we got to our room because we did not have time to get all the food out from the back since the bear came up so quick.

I had an amazing stay at Quality Inn Creekside in downtown Gatlinburg! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from all the main attractions yet nestled in a peaceful, scenic spot by the creek. The room was spotless and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start our day off right. We loved relaxing on the balcony, enjoying the soothing sounds of the creek. The outdoor pool area was clean and perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. With its convenient location, friendly staff, and cozy ambiance, this hotel is a gem in Gatlinburg. We will definitely be returning on our next visit! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Gatlinburg!

The room is neat, bathrooms are clean. The facility is aging but its location downtown is perfect plus at night you get a bear show. Gavin at the front desk is exceptional. Plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance Plenty of covered parking
