The experience was very good, right from the welcome to the room service. Food was up to the mark. We'll maintained property gave a calm and rejuvenating experience. Overall very good experience. The staff is very good. Just completing 200 characters. :P

We had a wonderful time at the property. Superb place to relax, Pooja their front office representative was very helpful in providing all assistance. Overall a good property to enjoy in monsoons with good view of the forest and spacious balconies.

This is just a wonderful stay we had in the resort samali. Resort is fully surrounded with lush greenery , we have visited duaring mansoon and it just feels like heaven.. I have visited with my 4 yes old kid and he had get everything he lies to eat in Room to.. Staff is very polite with everyone. Pooja mam gave us a whole tour of resort and activity of mango orchid ride . I will definitely suggest this resort to everyone.

Pooja conducted the nature trail very well. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her tour. We were told about details of all trees and were fortunate to sight some exotic birds. Would highly recommend the one hour morning trail at Fern Samali.

The hotel is well maintained and at a good location with clean swimming pool and facilities. The restaurant provides good food and service.

For one day option is fine. Location is good, only forest and mountain view is possible. Though the view is not so attractive. Food is average. The room service is okay, food delivery time needs improvement. After check-in, entered the room, found one of the lamp shade is broken and kept on the sofa, the toilet flush cover was broken. Fern is a brand, was not expecting such rooms for spending a day to relax. My room was changed after sometime.
