Room condition are very poor. Cockrcoch are moving around in room, almirah they are providing only one bath towel for two persons for ac deluxe room. They are not changing bed sheet in daily basis.

The only good thing about the hotel is that it is right opposite the railway station. Otherwise it is a old property with old plumbing and old linen. The rooms were only cursorily cleaned. The rooms are small, smelly and damp. The fans run only at full speed and ACs were not on, the season being Winter. Hot water is available throughout. Very basic amenities available. Charged for drinking water also.
The food is ok but the restaurant service is slow. The staff at hotel and restaurant were helpful and accommodating.
Not recommended if travelling with family. Don’t expect too much. The photos and reality are different.

In every hotels, where food cost is paid in advance, there is buffet or there is no restrictions on items ordered. To our surprise, when we ordered, the manager asked his staff why menu was provided as we can be provided with standard thali, which costed rs 142, we had to pay extra above 710. Similarly, in breakfast, we were eligible for 1 parantha with pickle, costing rs 48/ per person. Thus, we were provided food for rs 952/ only, whereas you charged us more than rs 1500/ for the food. The condition of bathroom is miserably bad, the glasses have not been cleaned for years.
