We were looking for a pet friendly place, since we can't leave our little pug behind and that led us to find Sambodhi Retreat Located at a small village in Bodh Gaya. Experience was awesome, right from the booking process till we checked out. We Stayed there for 3nights/days and could have easily stayed for a week. They also arranged candle night dinner for our parents 39th Anniversary at reasonable price. I'm forgetting the names but entire staff including reception, house keeping to restaurant did their best to make our stay a memorable one. The property is huge and you won't feel like going outside. You get soothing poolside, and greenery all around. My favourite place was watching ducks and listening birds chirping out loud. You end up feeling that you are at a hill station not a crowded and hot city like Gaya. In today's age, hotels have to be pet friendly. It's almost a crime to not allowed pets. Here Sambodhi stand apart in entire state. Hope others learn quickly. We stayed at VIP green cottage which is well designed and sufficient for a family of 5-6. There were minor glitches like hot water not working, but it was fixed as soon as we pointed it out. Location wise the resort is away from city hustle and just 15 mins drive from main Mahabodhi Temple in Bodh Daya. I would highly recommend it to everyone visiting Bodh Gaya or travelling across Rajgir - Gaya tourist belt. Thank you to entire Sambodhi Retreat team for comfortable and memorable stay.

I went to gaya for pindadaan of my parents in january when the temperature was dropping down to 7 deg c. So i was searching for a decent hotel with nominal charges located near bharat sevashram sangha. Hotel city surya is conveniently located but still in a nice and quiet place away from the main traffic. The deluxe room was specious with wardrobe, single sofa, centre table, side table, electric kettle, clean bathroom with complimentary soap and shampoo. Amazingly liquid handwash at the wash basin which i have never found in any hotel in any place. Mosquito repellent oil machine, tv and excellent room service. Only they requested to let them know when the geyser connection is needed to avoid misuse. The ao smith geyser worked perfectly.

The hotel was in good location, but 4 sides was covered by other buildings, the there was no restaurant where a border can have his food but the room service was very good(pure veg) the behaviour of hotel maneger and room service boy was good, rooms was very well maintained with total romeo cleaning was unbelievable good, manegement was helpful. I am just very happy with the trip, i am always trust mmt. And as before i am thankful to mmt. Thanks mmt for your support and concern about the travelers like me.

great location,good relaxing break. friendly, welcoming staff. the hotel room was clean and spacious. food was excellent. the price performance ratio is very good. overall good experience👌

I looked online. Wasn’t looking for much since it was one night before we checked in at our hotel on fort myers beach. This hotel was awful, walked in and the smell was awful, the room looked run down and it wasn’t acceptable for even an overnight stay. There is a america’s best value inn a block away that we ended up staying there and the price comparable.

Location of the hotel is in the prime old market with proximity to railway station. It is a place where you find jam most of the time , parking is an issue, broken roads, no drainage. Normal restaurants for food available. It is a basic hotel for business staff stay or religious trip when you get no other hotels. Exactly the standard it provides as are charges in a religiously famous place . Not a above average family place. If the management wants they have the infrastructure to re develop it to a good business/ family hotel.

Hotel skylark gaya is good. The staff members are hospitable, polite and decent. Food is good. However, the ac and geyser services were not really up to the mark. They may improve upon these.

v stay one night as v have early morning train next day hotel situate near railway station so v book . one staff kamlesh took our id to noting for hotel accomodation when he didnt return id as it was my driving licence v remind 10 pm for same then staff after 20 minutes discussion told he left for room then they call him he appread around 10.45 pm with our id this is situation of hotel management . if v dont ask for our id v lost it as v have ealry morning traon ar 6.30 am . how they deal with such staff . not satisfy with services . resturant was nice .

Visited for business work. Nice and present stay. Very friendly host, food was awesome. Must visit if you looking for nice budget stay.
