The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center and very quiet. The suite is more suitable for a family of three and has a small terrace, but the view outside the terrace is very ordinary. Still highly recommended

Dear IBB Hotel Management Team, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the IBB Hotel in Gdansk and I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation. First of all, the hotel's location is excellent. It is conveniently located in the center of Gdansk, with many famous attractions within walking distance. It is undoubtedly an ideal place to stay for tourists who like to explore the city. Secondly, the hotel's facilities and the quality of the rooms are excellent. The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern and comfortable decoration and all the necessary facilities. The daily room cleaning service is also very good and maintains a high standard of hygiene. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The elegant environment of the restaurant and the friendly and professional service staff make every day a particularly pleasant start. What impressed me most was the hotel's service. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and responsive. Not only did they provide a lot of useful information about the tour, but they were also ready to solve any problems we encountered during our stay. This meticulous care made our stay even more perfect. Overall, IBB Hotel Gdansk was a highlight of my trip with its great location, quality facilities and excellent service. Although it is located in the center of the old town, it is a little off to the side, so it was very quiet and I slept well. Despite being in the old town, the room was new and clean. There was a refrigerator with three free drinks in it, which was very helpful. Breakfast is optional and costs 3,000 yen, so I didn't eat it so I don't know. The staff are also friendly. I stayed for two nights, and I would recommend this hotel for sightseeing in Gdansk.
