The second time I stayed here, the same ocean view room was set up as before, but the room felt a lot smaller than the previous one. Resolutely consulted the front desk, not only adjusting the room but adding a free bed to match the last room.
When you open the curtains you can see the Baltic Sea in the distance and walk to the beach with all kinds of wild sea birds, ducks and geese. There is also a large area with facilities for children on the beach, suitable for children of all ages.
Most notable is the hotel's swimming pool. It should be a training base for various local water sports. During my stay, I met the tall ladies who did aqua aerobics, the kids learned to swim, oxygen tank scuba diving, and individual kayaking. Very interesting!

Stayed here with work whilst running factory tours with customers to visit my company AIC The staff here are fantastic and multilingual so easy to check and warm and friendly greeting The rooms are always immaculate and very well appointed with plenty of space & comfy bed, the showers always have good pressure and lots of hot water on tap If you need to do ironing there is a separate room Breakfast is good with a great selection of continental and hot selection is scrambled eggs, crepes, local sausage and fried vegetables, lots of drinks and a great coffee machine I have never been disturbed by another room so always slept well Highly recommend

The location of the hotel on the busy road and next to the building market is not the happiest place to rest, but it does not mean that there are no advantages. Especially in terms of access to the hotel. A few hundred meters from the hotel is located a railway station which makes it very easy to get to Sopot, Gdynia or Gdańska. There is no need to move your own transport and spend money on parking. The hotel itself is a very nice place. Clean and well-served. A delicious and diverse breakfast menu. SPA zone, swimming pools and sauces provide full relaxation during unfavourable atmosphere and evening after daily landscape tours.

We only stayed one night but had a really nicr stay. First of all, service is next level! They are stretching far to meet your request! The gardens is beautiful, but the hotel it self needs an upgrade, it feels a bit 90’ish. I would love to have it either vintage or modern. Bar area has great potential but feels a bit empty. The only challange I had was in the bar when reception had not opened to put tab on the room, this could be sorted out diffrently as I had to «fix» something that was not really a problem and spend time and energy on that. I will for sure come back! The level of service I experienced have I only had at 5 star hotels.

Well, few years ago I stayed in REZYDENT hotel, which at this time was an independent hotel, not being part of Accord group. I was dissatisfied and for next stays at Sopot, I was choosing other hotels. And now, I spotted that now REZYDENT became part of MGallery chain, which I like very much, as these are elegant, usually boutique hotels. This was the reason, why I have decided to come back to REZYDENT, thinking that probably a lot of things from the past, which I disliked, was changed for better. Unfortunately NOT AT ALL. The only change which I recognized is a new design of the hotel’s lobby. At this is it !!! My room (117) being a superior one with a separate (theoretically) living room and bedroom, was looking 1:1 like in the old REZYDENT. The room is dark, as windows are facing interior lobby, with a limited access of a daylight. So almost all day you have to keep lights switched on. You can’t separate in the bedroom from the living room, as there are no … doors in between. AC - another issue. Rather loud and it is impossible to decide the desired speed of fan. Last but not least, for such an unpleasant experience I had to pay much more than quality offered in reality. So whoever will be the owner of REZYDENT in the future, I will never come back there again

The hotel is easy to reach from the PKP Station. Just out of the hotel, it is a great convenience for people who want to feel the climate of Sopot several times one evening. The standard itself is sufficient, but the price could be a little lower. Since there were rooms in the hotel, we received a room from the side of the city, even though we had a booking from the side of the track - for that, a valuation up.

This is a luxurious hotel with high standards when it comes to interior, the rooms and the exterior. The hotel is family- and children friendly whilst still performing above any noisy and crowded family hotel elsewhere. The location is perfect, only 20-25 mins from the airport in Gdańsk. 3 minutes walk to the beach. The ala carte restaurant in the hotel offers a great menu, above any nearby restaurant that we visited. The buffet is not as good as the ala carte. Choices at breakfast are endless. Spa is clean and nice, the hotel has a large backyard area for play, work out and recreation. The gym has a very high standard. This stay would be rated as excellent if it weren’t for the inattentive and sometimes unfriendly and impolite staff. We had no feeling of being appreciated as guests and did not receive any recognition for the VIP membership. The staff in general did at times seem annoyed with their job and one of the female bartenders even answered in a disrespectful manner when she forgot to include our discount on the bill. Not solution- or service oriented. If the service and attitude improves, this hotel can reach new heights.

We visited this lovely hotel in May 2022 for a week of long awaited family holiday with our 4 year old son. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left after a week, we felt at home and completely looked after. This hotel has everything you could possibly need and want for a family get away. It was our first trip abroad with our 4 year old and we weren't sure what to expect but the stay reassured us that we want to do it again and again! The rooms are comfortable and perfectly adjusted for a family. Our balcony was overlooking a lovely green area that made you forget you are in a big city! There was a pool and a kids play area, along with a lovely playground outside and plenty of green space to run around - perfect for an energetic toddler! Breakfast buffet had such a selection that I'm sure we all put on weight as we couldn't stop eating! And Winestone restaurant's food was excellent too, between my family and I we tried almost every dish on the menu! I can't not mention the absolute dream proximity to the beach, which is like 5 minutes away. Same with the lovely boardwalk to Sopot. And if you want to explore the city centre, a bus and tram stop are also only 5 mins away. Ideal! And last but not least - the staff were amazing, with the hotel director personally looking after guests (you don't see that happening much these days!). Our son is still talking about the holiday and we had the most memorable family getaway ever. Thank you Mercure Posejdon!

There is this ”great” mechanism in doors that starts beeping when someone does not close the door. One morning it was on for about half an hour making it really hard to sleep as walls and doors are paper thin. In my two nights stay I didn't have enough luck to have at least one night of decent sleep. The good side is a location.

GGuest UserWe had an incredibly relaxing and very enjoyable stay. The hotel is well appointed, and it is clear they have given a lot of thought to the guest experience. Food- great breakfast and an excellent dinner in the restaurant. I was particularly impressed by the vegan tasting menu, which was bursting with a range of flavours. My personal favourites were their vegan take on fish and chips and the almond ”cheesecake”. Spa- Nice spa facilities, and good, well priced massage. Staff- I think the lady on reception who checked us in and out may have been new and require a little more training, as she didn't give us any information about breakfast, the spa etc on arrival, and we had to request an itemised bill on check our. All other staff were great, with a special mention to Liam the cocktail maker and Artur in the restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙏

Głębokość 120 m na całej długości daje komfort odpoczynku rodzicom 😉Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Trójmiasta. Pomimo 2 telewizorów minus za ubogie kanały Tv. Dodatkowo bliskość kolei i odgłos przejeżdżających pociągów (dla nas nie był problemem)

GGuest UserWilla Wincent is a beautiful place, we spent four nights there. The hotel is situated in an ideal location, close to the sea and Kępa Redłowska. The staff was very helpful - in addition, in the rooms you can find a useful map of places to visit in Gdynia, created by the locals. Plus for dog-likeness :) Breakfasts in the form of a Swedish table - there is what your heart desires. We will be happy to come back!

CCzeslawUkawekHotel is located right next to the beach. Because I had a stay during the epidemic, so the requirements are a little different. I booked the apartment to have more space. The price of the apartment was quite high. The apartment is very nice, even luxurious, but it is completely unprepared for meals in it. No glasses, glasses, not to mention dishes. The second thing to improve is that if in the hotel apartment 4* I can't see the encoded programs, only these are free - it's worth improving. I thought the apartment has a view to the bay, not parking. Very good, plenty of breakfast. Efficient Wi-Fi network
