The room is super clean n everything is good

Location okay. Near my meeting office. Room okay............. All ao far is okay for me. Thank you so much for your support 

I have a bad experience with this hotel. My mum accidentally left her bag inside our room before we checkout and when we asked about the bag, it’s already gone. We are so sure that they took our bag because we only left the hotel for like a few hours and no other guest after us. But the housekeeper said nothing was left behind which was a lie!

Very clean and comfortable.. even strategic

This is a hotel located in Gelang Patah, is just a mere 15 min away drive from Lego land and ＜ 10 min to eco botanica residential area.  This hotel is located right in the central of everything, and since its a shop lot base hotel, where space above is for room and down stair for shop, it got almost any shop you can think off all within walking distance or very very short drive..  There is a pharmacy, restaurant, bakery, even a MR DIY all within it same street, and night fall, there are road stall and burger stall all over the place...   If you looking for something else, they got 7-11, Family mart, , Tea live and ETC everything minutes away....  This hotel is not fancy hotel, but I would rate it as clean, good taken care off, not great, but  all well in accepted range, and the price is not $$$...  i book a family room that sleep four only about 40USD.. ample car parking space ..

 Staying 2 nights in family room with family that consist 3 young kids age 6 to 10 years old while visit Legoland. Distance between D Elegance and Legoland around 15 min drive.  The room was spacious- 2 double bed, working table and ample space to put luggage. The bed is comforts and had standard room amenities. The downside of this room is the room's corner is dusty and not so clean. The bathroom is ok but the bathroom accessories like towel rack install so high and the water host rest is misplace (cant hold the host and it keep drop down). The good part is there is a rain shower. Customer service is friendly and hassle free check in/out. There is one water dispenser (Coway) near the lobby lift and it convenient for us to get free water refill. Location is great near convenient store, plenty of food store, bank, etc with walking distance. Hotel parking space ( free parking ) is limited and it just located in front of the hotel with 24 hours security patrolling. There is still lots of parking bay near the hotel but its required pay parking ticket  ( its only free during Friday and Saturday only) Overall the place is convenient and strategic. With the price we paid, its consider very good and affordable.

Anyway, I have been to this hotel in Johor Bahru.
