Hotel Buenos

We entered the hotel on 04-29-2022 and left on 05-03-2022. From the first moment, we noticed the lack of receptionist. We were greeted by a person who came out of the kitchen, took our reservation details and directed us to the room. There was no closet where you keep your clothes and suitcase, just a coat rack with 6 hangers. In the bathroom, there were only two frayed bath towels and only one for hands and face. The towels that were given to us on the second day were not frayed, but they showed that they had been used for some time. The shower tray is slippery, you had to juggle not to slip. The shower faucet, as they did not tell us its operation, or you froze like in the arctic and you burned like in the desert, until we control the use. While losing water from the taps. The first and second day, we knew that there would be someone there because they made our bed, the third day no one showed up because when we returned to the room the bed was as we left it, as well as the towels. To all this, when we arrived they gave us two keys, one for the room and the other for the entrance door to the hotel. On day 3, when we left the hotel at 7 in the morning, we put the keys in the metal box that they told us the first day, which left the hotel door open. We couldn't say goodbye to anyone, because there was no one in the hotel. We got the impression that in those four days, there was hardly anyone staying, apart from us. I cannot rate this hotel higher. We found it very expensive for what was offered. If we wanted to have breakfast, we had to prepare it ourselves with the coffee pots and kettles that were in the rooms and on the corridor landing. Only coffee and infusions, no toast, pastries, etc. As I say the value for money, very bad. The reservation said that a King-size bed (150 cm double bed.) Views of the lake, yes, but nothing extraordinary.
