Mein Aufenthalt im Art Hotel Monopol war fantastisch. Die zentrale Lage, das freundliche Personal, die sauberen und kunstvoll gestalteten Zimmer sowie das leckere Frühstück machten meinen Besuch unvergesslich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The location is very good. Right on the pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants.
The bathroom is a bit small, but functional.
The beds were not nice (box spring type).
The mattresses were too high and felt round, so that every time I turned over I was afraid of falling out and had problems even getting into bed with my height of 1.61 m.
The service staff were all very friendly.

We had to stay in an anexe which was a longish way away and not very welcoming. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom. All in all not a good experience

Very clean place, friendly service, breakfast with a wide selection, included in the price, and parking right next to the hotel. There are charging stations for electric cars in the city center and nearby. There are also restaurants nearby, I highly recommend this hotel

The rating on the door was shown as 3 star, for me the hotel was friendly, clean, well situated in the town and easy to locate if you take sat-nav with a pinch of salt..... that said i have been in 4 and 5 star hotels that are not as good as this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The comfort room was really big. Windows facing the street and the bus station. But since they have good closing features, that's not a problem. The room had air conditioning and heating, as well as a small fridge and a large safe that could easily accommodate a laptop.
The desk is (as is almost always the case) a bit small. A lamp that illuminates a shelf in the cupboard next to it was annoying when working at the desk (but unfortunately it was coupled with the light at the desk.
Staff very nice and helpful!

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with the hotel. We booked a double room. At first we were given a small room with 2 separate beds, one on the left and one on the right, placed horizontally with a cupboard in the middle. Of course we didn't want to take this, as we hadn't booked it and we're a couple. Then we had to go back to reception, fully packed, as the room was not in the main building, but 2 buildings further on. After that we were offered another room 2 buildings further on. This one stank extremely of smoke, as did the whole hotel. As compensation we were given breakfast for free, which was also very bad and the glasses were very dirty. Good location, but very bad value for money and disappointing. Big no-go!

The reception was very friendly, we were informed about the parking situation and our vaccination certificates were checked. We had a very nice and clean room with attractive interior design. You should definitely close the windows when sleeping as the noise outside is quite loud. Thanks to the built-in air conditioning, this is not a problem even on warm days. We were not entirely satisfied with the breakfast, however. The rolls were very tasty, but the coffee left a lot to be desired, as did the cleanliness of the machine. We rate the breakfast buffet as adequate.
