Its inside a small shopping xcomplex with 2 resturants and a small kind of organic supermarket very friendly staff great breackfast room is spacious and simple greate view all over.

Großartiger Spa-Bereich. Eigentlich machen sie vieles richtig. Leider wird dieser Eindruck durch 2 elementare Fails mehr als getrübt:
- die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig (Staub und Dreck, Spinnennetze, Schmutzrand, Spinne im Bad)
- die Holzwand im Zimmer splittert. ÄUßERST GEFÄHRLICH FÜR KLEINE KINDER!!!

Auf das Explorer Hotel ist immer Verlass. Tolle Zimmer, tolle Lage, tolles Frühstück und tolles Personal. Die Zimmer mit Dachterrasse sind einfach wunderbar mit dem Ausblick auf die Berge. Fitness und Sauna auch gut ausgestattet und perfekt für abends nach dem Wandern. Zimmer sind sauber. Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Immer wieder gerne hier.

Sehr gepflegtes, sauberes Hotel mit grossem Frühstücksangebot und freundliches Personal. Gute Lage für die Erkundung des Zillertals. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe da und können das Hotel nur Weiterempfehlen! Auch die Bar wurde von unseren Gästen rege benutzt.

Really liked this hotel, great room with nice bathroom and plenty of hanging space for clothes. Great facilities for snowsports (and biking). Lots of choice for a hearty breakfast. Good bar facility and the "bar snacks" are more dinner than snack. Only negative is that the bed mattress was too soft. Staff were really helpful and accommodating.

Auf den Gängen vor dem Zimmer war leider völliges Chaos. Verdreckte Matraze und Reinigungswagen stand direkt vor unserem Zimmer als wir dieses beziehen wollten. Handtücher wurden vergessen zu wechseln bzw. hatte man einmal 1 Handtuch vergessen. Die Gänge gehören wieder einal frisch renoviert. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit der Dachterasse . Leider stehen dort nur trostlos zwei Stühle rum. Einen Tisch sucht man vergeblich. Die Brötchen zum Frühstück waren immer extrem trocken, evtl. lag es daran, dass es Feiertag war.

Das Hotel hat eine Top-Lage unweit der Talstation in Kaltenbach. Modern eingerichtet mit einem einladenden Wellness-Bereich. Mein Zimmer lag zur Straßenseite, was sich leider als sehr lärmintensiv herausstellte. Das Frühstück ist mega😎

I really liked it here, came for a long weekend in winter season. Really good breakfast with a nice little twist where you can sort your own eggs. They think of everything right down to egg timers and iced water for them. The whole hotel is geared up for mountain sports in winter and summer and everything is geared around that , not the other way round. Has a great service area for your board and skis in the lobby, with every tool you could need and even all the gear to wax your board. Staff are all great and the rooms and hotel areas are meticulously spotless. It’s a short walk from the gondola or a long walk if you go Apres ski and then it takes longer to walk the same distance back😊 it’s just over the road from the zillertal train stop, so you can get there from Innsbruck in no time at all for a decent price. I will definitely come here again or try one of the other Explorer hotels as I feel you are in safe hands, all for a really good price. Thank you explorer hotel Zillertal
