Katastrophe. Die Wohnung war hygienisch unzumutbar. Alles voller Ungeziefer. Der Geruch war eigenartig beißend. Wir mussten leider bleiben weil wir auf der Durchreise waren und unsere Kids völlig alle und müde. Sind morgens fluchtartig um 7:00 abgehauen. So wie unsere Nachbarn auch. Bitte lieber nicht buchen.

Horror auf Erden. Alles schmutzig und voller Ungeziefer. Baustruktur sehr mangelhaft.Alles Leienhaft zusammen geschustert. In den Räumen riecht es modrig und nach schimmel. Besitzer ist aggressiv und böse. Bitte nicht buchen. Spart euch das Geld bitte

Buchung und Vorabkommunikation verliefen problemlos, wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Leider ließen die Sauberkeit, der Zustand und die Ausstattung doch sehr zu wünschen übrig und hatten nicht viel mit den schönen Fotos in der online-Darstellung zu tun. Die gebuchte Nichtraucherwohnung stank furchtbar nach Zigarettenrauch, dafür erhielten wir eine Entschuldigung und uns wurde unkompliziert ein anderes Appartment gegeben, in dem die Luft auch nicht gut aber zumindest etwas besser war. In dieser Wohnung entdeckten wir dann allerdings eine Maus, deren Kot in den Küchenschränken lag und die nachts unsere mitgebrachten Lebensmittel anknabberte. In der Küche war fast kein Geschirr vorhanden. Bad und Küche waren nicht gut gereinigt, Dichtungen und Stöpsel fehlten, Silikonfugen waren verschimmelt und bröckelten. Nach Benutzung der blauen Handtücher waren unsere Hände blau abgefärbt. Wo die vier Sterne herkommen, ist uns schleierhaft. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll, aber sauber darf es schon sein.
Die Lage ist schön, die Anlage von außen betrachtet auch. Wir werden nach diesem Erlebnis beim nächsten Mal dennoch eine andere Unterkunft wählen.

The accomodation was not heated and had horrible mold smell. When informed about our discontent about the terrible condition of the accommodation, he first replied positively to cancellation with refund but it turned out that it was his cunning strategy to take us out of the property and prevent us from taking photos inside. I later found out that he has years of experience in hospitality business and uses it to proactively deal with possible customer complaints. He has cunning tactics to hunt customers on various booking sites such as *********** and airbnb. To top the search lists on such platforms he uses the town name as the name of the property such as 'Linz donau ufer stadt mitte' or 'geinberg-suites'. He uses such gimmics to hunt customers rather than making a name for himself based on quality of service.
