If you are looking for a luxury accommodation with excellent views, amazing facilities and staff with the highest attention to detail then don't go past this hotel. I can honestly say I have never been treated nicer in any accommodation experience in my life. Special mention for Olena at reception who made us feel like we were home! The breakfast staff were exceptional, always wanting to serve you and nothing was a trouble for them. For me, it's not good bye, it's see you again soon. We will definitely be back!!

My sister and I stayed for three nights and we experienced absolutely exceptional customer service. We felt like family. We had booked to stay in an apartment elsewhere in Seefeld but found it unsuitable. We visited Seespitz to inquire about room availability and were immediately welcomed with the warm, friendly personality of Olena. Olena organised a welcome drink for us while she prepared our check in. Olena also organised with Michael to take us back to our original apartment to collect our luggage. I was floored by the hospitality. Our rooms were upgraded to lake view rooms and, my goodness, what a view of not only the lake but of the incredible mountains. Breakfast each morning was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Everything was fresh, delicious and there was such a variety. The waitstaff were very attentive and made sure everyone was comfortable. I’ve never had such fantastic service. The wellness spa area is beautiful. Swimming from the indoor pool into the outdoor pool in the rain was awesome. The sauna was lovely too. I highly recommend this hotel as the facilities were amazing but the staff really took this hotel above and beyond expectations.

Schön gelegenes Wellnesshotel am Rand von Seefeld. Toplage. Wunderschöne Zimmer tolle Wellnessanlage. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Beste ist das Personal. Zu jeder Zeit und zu jeder Frage oder Wunsch freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abzug gibt es wegen dem Abendessen. Hat uns nicht überzeugt. Sowohl die Zubereitung wie die Zusammenstellung

Es war mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Seespitz und ich war wieder begeistert. Erholung pur !! Schon der Empfang ist sehr herzlich und familiär. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und strahlen durch das viele Holz eine grosse Gemütlichkeit aus. Der Wellnessbereich ist eine Oase der Ruhe. In-und Outdoor-Pool, gemütliche Ruhezonen mit Liegebetten, diverse Saunen. Verschiedene Massagen und Beautyanwendungen werden angeboten. Beim Essen bleiben keine Wünsche offen, sehr reichhaltige Buffets mit regionalen Produkten. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, vom Empfang über das Reinigungspersonal und der Bedienung im Speisesaal war aussergewöhnlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde mit Bestimmtheit wiederkommen.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, lovely waitstaff, but humorless aggressive management. We received multiple lectures and passive aggressive notes from the manager of the hotel during our week long stay. Despite the lovely hotel setting, many in our group felt that we under the uncomfortable gaze of an unhappy headmistress rather than guests of the hotel spending large amounts of money.

Eigentlich gibt es auch bei unserem 2. Aufenthalt nur Positives zu berichten. Housekeeping und Restaurant/Bar Bedienstete professionnel und perfekt geschult. Höflichkeit und Herzlichkeit lebt man auch Dank der charmanten Direktorin Frau Spiegl die für persönliche Fragen oder Probleme (auf hohem Niveau) immer für einen da ist! Ein sehr grosses Dankeschön an Plamen sowie das gesamte Team. Die Buchung 2025 wurde ebenfalls getätigt

Wir fühlen uns immer wieder wohl, sind bereits das 12 mal im Hotel und können sagen, dass das Hotel mit seinem Inhaberwechsel vor zwei Jahren noch einmal gewonnen hat. Egal ob Bar, Restaurant oder Wellness, es ist ein schönes Erlebnis im Seespitz und dazu noch mitten am See.

Sehr zufrieden mit der Lage, der Zuvorkommenheit aller Mitarbeiter, dem Essen und dem ganzen Ambiente. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad . War jetzt schon sieben mal im Hotel. Das Hotel liegt zentral im Ort und ist gut zugänglich und die Ausstattung ist optimal.
