Das Natur & SPA Hotel Lärchenhof ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Zimmer sind stillvoll eingerichtet und in einem tollen Ambiente gehalten. Der SPA Bereich kann in mehreren Ebenen genutzt werden, sehr schön u. a. auf der Dachterrasse. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr bemüht, freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Kleine Probleme werden an der Rezeption sofort gelöst. Die Küche im Rahmen der Halbpension ist sehr zu empfehlen. Man kann sich beim Frühstück schon auf das Abendessen freuen! ;-)

Ausgesprochen empfehlenswertes Hotel!
Sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer, zuvorkommendes, flexibles Personal und gutes Restaurant. Gutes Abendessen, schöne Weinauswahl und ein lecker Frühstück mit guter Auswahl und bestem Cappuccino.
Moderner und gleichzeitig ansprechend und gemütlich gestalteter und bestens gepflegter Wellnessbereich (oben auch mit Bergpanorama), der allerdings gerne etwas länger als bis 19:00 Uhr geöffnet haben dürfte. Wieder ausgeglichen hat das die tolle Massage. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Wir waren als Familie 1 Nacht im Hotel. Es ist sehr sehr sauber. Der Service top. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Der Wellnessbereich und die Terrasse/der Garten sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet unschlagbar gut.
Leider waren nur auf der Durchreise-aber wir werden definitiv noch einmal kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Sehr guter Service und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ab 07.30 Uhr konnte man Frühstücken, leider war die Eierstation um diese Zeit nie besetzt, man musste immer jemanden holen lassen. Das Salatbuffet war sehr langweilig, es gab meistens immer die selben Salate, mehr Abwechslung wäre sehr wünschenswert. Sonst waren wir sehr zu Frieden mit den Menus und dem Restaurant.

We returned here after 13 years after a heavenly stay as a couple.. this time as a family of 7. Small children, complicated dietary requirements: lactose free, multiple allergies, poultry only… the team at Lärchenhof has again surpassed expectations. Every single member of staff were professional, warm, welcoming and eager to satisfy customer needs. This is where they excelled: - The Chef worked tirelessly to deliver delicious dishes for everyone (instead of a quick put -together meal). His creations look like amazing gourmet meals you see on food shows. But also the taste of every meal showed they were made from the heart. - The Chef and the waiting staff (everyone) we’re amazing because of the serious attitude they took towards severe allergies, they knew their ingredients and provided reassurance and confidence. Special mention to Luigi, Managers Lucas and Nicole - Reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful to all requests - Treatment at the spa by Ramji and other staff provided wellness /relaxation including children massage - Cleaning staff work hard and the place is spotless from rooms, to public areas and the pool. Beds are made a little differently as a special touch. One of the ladies also played rotary telephone with the children even if they don’t speak the same language. - Felt like a personalised stay and we know we will again come in the future. Well done Marcati group… as businesses get bigger, the service tends to be geared towards mass tourism but you have managed to retain the boutique hotel feel even as your business grew.

Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen - zwar stimmig aber gerade im Sommer fühlt man sich glaube ich erst wohl wenn man über 60 ist Das Halbpension Angebot ist ok - aber es ist villeicht besser sich vor Ort abwechselnd was zu suchen Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht Parkplatz vor der Tür Wellness alles anwesend

Abgesehen von den bequemen, wenig hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption (grundsätzlich ohne Gepäckservice) ist alles knapp o.k., seien es die Parkplätze (der überdachte zu satten €30 pro Tag (!): ein Witz!), der Eingangsbereich, die Zimmer (überall Spuren von Koffern und Gepäck an den Wänden, wie auch in den Fluren), die enge Bar mit einer tiefen Decke, der Speisesaal (mit u.a. schmuddeligen, unrasierten, etwas gar vorlauten Kellnern), das Frühstücksangebot, das Essen am Abend, der winzige Wellnessbereich mit einer etwas grösseren Badewanne als Pool...), usw. usf. Warum das Hotel mit 4 Sternen Superior ausgezeichnet ist, haben sich uns ebenfalls weder bezüglich der Sterne und erst recht nicht bezüglich dem "Superior" erschlossen?

Alle Mitarbeiter waren nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet mit einem traumhaften Ausblick in Richtung Seefeld. Das Essen war abwechselnd und ausgezeichnet, es gab nie einen Grund einer Beschwerde. Allein das Sonntagsmenü und das Tiroler Buffet war eine Augenweide und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren mittlerweile das Zweite aber nicht das letzte Mal im Lärchenhof. Ein Fitness Raum wäre wünschenswert.
