Sommerbetrieb entspricht nicht den Hotelbeschreibungen. SPA enorm eingeschränkt, keine Alternativen bei dürftiger Menüauswahl.
Definitiv keine 4 Sterne.

Die Suite, die wir gebucht haben, war in Ordnung und hat unsere Vorstellungen sogar übertroffen. Hierbwürde ich eine 1bis 2 vergeben.
Nur im Restaurantbereich ist noch viel Luft nach oben möglich.
Hier würde ich eine drei vergeben
Die Fensterscheiben im Restaurantbereich waren vollkommen verdreckt.So etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen

Fremragende hotel, med en fantastisk sød receptionist som serverede dejlige bobler og juice til ungerne ved ankomsten.
Dejligt værelse med alle fornødenheder og en skøn dobbeltseng, sovesofaen var knap så god, der var madrassen til den tynde side.
Lækker restaurant, hvor der var en skøn morgenmadsbuffet og super sødt personale. Aftensmaden var meget lækker, startende med dagens suppe og en salatbuffet, forret og til hovedret stod valget imellem en kødret, fiskeret eller en vegansk ret, desserten var skøn og der var et dejligt vinkort. Personalet var meget venlige og opmærlsomme, de var søde til at spørge om vi manglede noget, de var snakkesalige overfor ungerne og gjorde generelt bare et virkeligt godt arbejde for at søge for, at vi havde det godt og ikke manglede noget. I særdeleshed kan nævnes vores mandlige Spanske tjener og vores kvindelige Venezuelske tjener - tak fordi I sørgede så godt for os.
Wellnessområdet var dejligt stort, men kun for børn over 15 år, så vores datter kunne ikke nyde det sammen med os. Stor indendørs pool og en vidunderlig udendørs pool med den mest fantastisk udsigt over Alperne, hvor der stadigvæk var sne på toppene.

Great hotel, room was very modern, clean and comfortable with beautiful Mountain views. Great location, near ski lifts and ski bus across the road. Breakfast was excellent, wide range of options, 6 courses at dinner was excellent. Afternoon snack was delicious too and great for when you come off the slopes. Loved the spa especially the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Dressing gown slippers and towels provided.
Will definitely be back.

We have stayed a few times and I'm sure we will return. We had a two bedroom suite which worked brilliantly having two kids. The room was spacious and well equipped, the highlight being a log fire which the kids loved. The service and food at the Crystal is always excellent. The hotel is ski to door and has direct access to the gondola, the ski shop is also accessible without even going outside. Underground secure parking is also a bonus if you drive there.

We have just arrived and we are blown away by this hotel. Our room is absolutely beautiful. We have a 2 bed suite with a panoramic balcony overlooking the snowy mountains. There is complimentary champagne and macaroons too. I def think I have been upgraded! Haven’t had dinner yet but the afternoon tea was lovely. They served bread, cheese, meats, soup and a variety of puddings - all very nice. There are lots of amenities- 3 pools, gym, spa etc so there is plenty to do after a day on the slopes. It’s about a 10 min walk into town and beginner slopes/ski school. So happy I booked the Crystal Vaya.

Wir sind seit mehr als 10 Jahren regelmässig mit Freunden, Familie oder Arbeitskollegen im Crystal. Mittlerweile ist wieder alles sehr gut und wir fühlen uns rundum wohl. Seit diesem Jahr gibt es wieder eine Nachmittagsjause. Das Hotelmanagement ist auch wieder merklich mehr präsent, es gab auch einen kleinen Empfang. Es gab leider keine Faschingsparty aber dafür 2x in der Woche live Musik in der Hotelbar. Der echte Schatz des Hotels sind die Mitarbeiter. Es sprechen nicht alle perfekt deutsch - was uns persönlich aber nicht stört. Jeder war sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank hierfür! Das Essen könnte noch einen ganz kleinen Tick raffinierter sein, ist aber so auch bereits sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We arrived around midday and the room was not ready, We enquired about early check in and was told it was €300! We left our things at reception and went off to ski. When we came back our room was ready amazing views but the room was cold. We were told maintenance would be up to adjust the heat off the radiators you can’t change the temp yourself there is no room thermostat. Came back later room was still cold was told it was due to being on the 7th floor and a plug In heater was provided. Food for us was a disappointment portions are very small and the food was just weird! No chicken on the menu the whole week unless you ordered off the children’s menu and pasta was on the menu just once. Not the type of food you want you wanted after a day of skiing. The spa was disappointing again after a day on the slopes you want to have a swim and chill it was just too cold, not just the pools but the relaxation areas too. We Couldn’t relax in there as it was just not warm enough. Overall an average stay and we wouldn’t return. Which is such a shame as this hotel does have potential amazing views and access to the gondola but the food needs attention, and the hotel and spa needs to be warmer!
