The friendliness of the hotel staff was amazing!
I stayed for two days, and when I asked about tour and surfing plans, they listened to me kindly!
I'd love to stay here again!

Pros:
• hotel is new, they only opened last August
• room was very spacious
• beds, pillows, comforter were very comfortable
• bathroom was very spacious with complimentary toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner
• airconditioning was superb
• room has a balcony (that we didn’t use)
Cons
• because it’s new, apparently their how shower has not been installed yet. But they provide hot water from the kitchen and will bring to the room in a pail 😂
• location is not ideal as it is a good 10-minute walk on a dirt road to get to the main tourism road
• breakfast wasn’t impressive. The tapa and the tocino were tough.
All in all, it’s still value for money. The entries crew were very friendly and accommodating. And I will still consider staying there next time.

It is not what it appears in the photos. The location is terrible, the access is not paved and you have to walk quite a bit. The service is disgraceful, they don't give you coffee or coffee with milk with the excuse that the machine is broken, then looking at previous reviews, the machine has been broken for years... We complained and they said that breakfast was an extra and that it was free. Which is not true, because I paid for breakfast and the least they can do is give me coffee. Then, they don't have hot water, they don't clean your room, they don't change the sheets, there are cockroaches and the windows are poorly made, since they don't close properly and bugs of all kinds get in. The staff, I repeat, lacks all professionalism, because when you complain, they laugh at you in your face and don't pay any attention to you. It's a shame because they could get a lot more potential out of it. We were thinking of spending the last days of our vacation in a pleasant stay and the truth is that it has been terrible.

The Lisuga staff especially, Raquel, Cecile, Honey, Young and Lovely were the best. The hotel is strategically located that gives you the calm and quiet away from the crowd but yet close to main sights, activities and attractions. The hotel takes the minimalist concept to reality and yet you have everything you need. Will definitely recommend.
