The location is very good, and the view of the sea is lovely even though you cant swim there. The staff is very friendly, but I was very disappointed by the quality of the room. It was very run down and dated. The ceiling in the bathroom had cracks, the mirror was cracked and old, and there were ants all over the room. This was incredibly frustrating especially when it came time to sleep as some would get on the bed. Housekeeping didn't really do a good job of spraying or getting rid of them. I was also very annoyed that I was woken up at 9am on my last day and told that the next guest who would be taking over my room had arrived and I should remember to check out on time. It wasn't the most pleasant stay.

I ordered Room with ocean view, but they didn’t see it. And they was full. They make it up with motorcycle for the few days here. Amazing location. Amazing brake fast

Location is kinda ok and staff is very polite. Unfortunately place is nothing much and kinda overpriced for what it is. It was alright experience but wouldn’t come back

Room was very big!!! Its also super clean but the lighting of the room can be much more brighter. The staffs in the kitchen are superb! Love their accommodation. I super love the beach view especially when having breakfast ❤️ My only con was that I lost something here when they cleaned the room (idk why they cleaned the vanity. That’s weird). The night it got lost I reported it and they said that they will replace it, but then the morning came and I called for an update, they said that they have nothing to do with it. 🫠 It made me go nuts so we switched hotel after this. Ps the item that got lost was an essential and u cant find that in siargao. Also, there are bedbugs on our first night but they were quick to respond regarding the issue.

The service staff is very friendly. It is inevitable that the floor will be dirty after surfing, and they are also promptly cleaned. The hotel is close to the sea, and you can see the sunrise, but there are sharp reefs and no beach. The dinner options are OK. If you don't want to go out for dinner, you can eat in the hotel restaurant. A huge pitfall is that I had never expected before: the hotel restaurant has always had a resident band and DJ, but the volume is very loud, and it will last until 11 o'clock or even midnight. Even if you are tired from surfing during the day, it is difficult to fall asleep at night. In just a few days there, I have encountered several waves of guests who were unable to bear the disturbance and had to move out early. But the hotel management seems to be ***** and is completely indifferent to the guests' complaints. The staff is also helpless, and they only dare to tell me privately that it was not like this before, and the newly replaced management "has a very wonderful imagination." In addition, the wifi is always available and not available.

It seems like the best accommodation in Siargao! It was nice that there was some water filtration and early check-in was possible. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was only one key so the air conditioner couldn't be turned on all the time.

I'll start off that the service and staff are excellent, BUT IT ENDS THERE! Reef Beach Resort or General Luna Siargao - be warned before you book. I've never written less than a 4 or 5 star review until this FLEABAG, yes, literally. The bed had FLEAS and we were bitten up, and not realizing it for 3 days, suffered terribly, until they moved us to another room, offering to pay the medical bills. SHAME ON YOU for having FLEAS and not taking full responsibility. In addition, 3 nights were filled with deafening music as they had 3 parties during the 6 nights we booked. We also paid a deposit 6 months in advance for a beach facing room, which they did not have on arrival, charged us full price for a back room, and eventually returned the deposit. WHY EVEN CONSIDER A HOTEL LIKE THIS? I could go on with the cockroaches, smelling room (they gave us Air Freshener spray), blocked toilets, begging for towels, TV not working throughout (music would drown it anyway) and more. The friends we travelled with, got their beach facing room, but also had plenty to complain about, it's not just us

On the beach good restaurant. Only complaints rats and roaches. The swimming pool needs attention. Nice rooms modern wifi signal in and out

The staff was very helpful, the amenities were great, and the area is very safe and walkable to everything you could need.
