Good place for a short staycation. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was nice and clean. I also enjoyed the amenities like the pool. The location is awesome, Molito Mall is just in front. Few things that could be better. There is only two small elevators servicing the entire building. I can imagine it could cause some issues if the hotel was fully booked, luckily I dont think the hotel was full during our stay. The phone in the room was not working, so it will be harder to contact house keeping or the hotel lobby. They are also serving snacks at the pool area. This might be something new because when I asked their staff what can they recommend, they are not that familiar with the menu items. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and will surely come back.

Cons: 1. The hotel room and facilities are quite old. Maybe its about time to replace the wallpapers in the rooms, the tables on the dining area on the ground floor. Things like that. 2. We stayed in the 7th floor, which is the top most next to the penthouse. The penthouse, I believe, is a ******. There were times I could here tables being moved upstairs, not sure, but there were noises coming from upstairs. 3. There were two of us who stayed in the same room but only got one keycard. 4. The water from the shower, although already set into HOT, would suddenly switch to normal water temperature then cold then hot again. 5. No safety feature in the big window in our room, which means we could entirely open it wide. Its a risk especially when there's a child. Pros 1. Towels are clean and appears new, sheets are clean. Bed is comfy. 2. Hotel staffs were nice and accomodating. 3. The buffet breakfast is good. Love the pasta. Maybe they could expand the place, though. 4. Nice location. Its accesible. Its near a hospital and a mall. 5. Smooth check-in/check-out. Although they didn't double checked if there were belongings left behind in our room. Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights btw. Would I come back if the need arises? Maybe.

I already checked in twice at B Hotel and recently we booked our stay here for our anniversary all I can say is they never disappoint to make us feel welcome ☺️ I must say, it was an absolute delight. We were greeted warmly by the guard, front desk receptionists and housekeeping attendant who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself was clean, elegant and designed very well and makes me feel like i was staying in a top-tier establishment. My room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed during my stay. I would like to thank Renz who is the room attendant that time for asking me what I need and provide all my requests. I also would like to commend the front desk receptionists madz, tin, pau, and abbi who made sure that our stay is smooth and all our requests was followed. They also offered us shuttle which is on time once we ask for pick up and drop off. Even their concierge TJ if I can remember it right, he’s very kind and on time during our service. We booked 2nights stay for our wedding anniversary. Check in was smooth and efficient. We were escorted to our room (Safari couple) and assisted in bringing our bags. The room was clean, although it is small, it was very cozy and you'll really get to feel the glamping vibe which me and my husband liked a lot. The shower area has a bit of moulds but it was minimal. The mosquito net is a saviour though the one we had has a hole luckily not much of mosquitos during our stay. The jacuzzi is nice. When we arrived the jacuzzi was ready and warmed up so all we had to do was jump into it. They also allow using bath bombs or bubble bath which is really nice cause one would enjoy jacuzzi with that and also you can request to change the water of the jacuzzi especially if you are staying more than 1night so that everyday the water is fresh. We didn't request for housekeeping during our stay so they were quite generous on replenishing our amenities instead. Breakfast option is so so we'd say. Menu is bit pricey for us. So we mostly opted for grab food. Speaking of, we ordered Andoks via Grab for our lunch on our 1st day. We ate just outside our tent for our lunch. We didn't get to finish the food cause it was too much for us, in short we had left overs of Andoks (1 bangus + 2 quarter parts of chicken + 1 bbq stick). We covered the left over food nicely and left them on top of our table just outside our tent assuming that it is safe to leave them there since we couldn't really bring them inside our tent cause it would smell. So then we went ahead and took our afternoon nap and when we wake up and checked on our left over food to have it for dinner; we were surprised that some of it were partially taken. The 1pc bbq stick and 1 quarter of chicken were gone. My husband and I thought that maybe one of us had eaten it while one was asleep but it was not. We also thought that maybe the insects around probably poke into our food but then the food was still covered nicely when we came back for it. Somebody must have meddle into our food while we were away asleep. Tbh, it wasn't really a big deal for us cause the food wasn't really that pricey and we will be happy to share it to the needy but the thought of somebody was meddling on our belongings while we were just few steps away asleep inside our tent makes it feel odd. We hope security could be better in future. We went to swim on our 2nd day. We were at the biggest pool that morning when we were asked to leave cause they have to clean it. The staff politely asked us to leave and transfer to another pool instead, it was fine to us but we thought that it would be better if they schedule the pool cleaning not during the operating hours so that guests can really maximise the pool usage. Check out was smooth as well. We were assisted by Melissa. Have shared to her our feedback and she was apologetic about it. But overall stay was lovely. This is not the first time I have come here. When I first came there was a quilt in the room. This time, if I did n’t give the quilt, I needed extra money. Slippers, the rest are good

The Good: 1. Price point - This is an affordable, no frills, simple hotel. 2. Clean room - Being a rather new hotel, the room, bathroom, bed, hallways, etc are still very clean and well maintained. 3. Pleasant staff - People are generally nice and helpful here. 4. Location - Located in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang. Molito is just nearby. The Bad: 1. Basic necessities such as a water kettle, glasses / mugs, basic toiletries are not provided. Not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to have them all in the room. Neither Good Nor Bad: 1. There aren't that much amenities here, hence hotel was able to drive the prices down. The Verdict: Would love to be back to stay here for future work-related stays, if needed.

It is a motel with many garages and stairs to the second floor. The room has 2 doors, and there is a table between the doors to facilitate the waiter to deliver things. The room is quite big, but the facilities are not complete. I need a kettle (including purified water, kettle, glass, coffee cup, coffee, etc., it is a set) The bed was quite big, and it was only covered with sheets, so I asked for a blanket. There is a special reclining chair, which is formed in one piece and is quite comfortable to lie on. There are tables and sofas similar to those in a fast food restaurant, but there is no power supply nearby. There is a streamlined dressing table at the door of the bathroom, with a hair dryer and a power supply, so I can barely work there. If you agree on the time for breakfast in advance, it will be delivered directly to the room the next day. If you don’t ask, no one will bother you or clean the room. I don’t have a room card, so I might have locked it myself when I went out, and asked the waiter to open the door when I came back (I didn’t understand Filipino English very well) Cockroaches were found in the room. Summary: The room is large, the service is order-based, and it is suitable for people with cars.

My brother was getting married and since the family was scattered from different places, I got us rooms to gather our big family and extended families for the wedding as well as to celebrate the last bachelor hours of my brother. I booked via a hotel booking site and found out that the rooms I booked were not wheel chair friendly but the staff was kind enough to upgrade us for a minimal fee and so we were able to get nicer rooms. The hotel was really cozy and my nephew and 3 year old niece and nephew twins enjoyed swimming. Everyone enjoyed swimming. Our rooms have patio doors leading up to the swimming pool area which is lovely. The food was delectable. Although for the breakfast, everything seems to be complete (salad station, egg station, cereal station etc etc) however, I found the choices of viand to be lacking, but maybe it was just me. I was basically your “sinangag” girl looking for more dish to fit with my fried egg and my breakfast rice. I mean, the sausage was ok but the arroz ala cubana was a bit “off” for me to be in the breakfast menu. In any case, everything that was served was tasty. Yes, including the arroz ala cubana. How can I complain to that? Everyone had a good night’s sleep although we did have some trouble with our air conditioner before we left. A minor setback but I guess this is something that they should take a look at. They also offer free and paid shuttle services especially if you are going to Enchanted Kingdom and nearby attractions. You just have to get in touch with reception. The crew and staff are amazing and they make you feel warm and welcome. I am glad that I also booked the newly weds here. I really didn’t expect a place like this in Sta Rosa considering it’s location. I would stay here again if I need to be a day or two in Sta Rosa.

2 days, 2 nights. Check in was smooth. OJT have feel of supervisor image, good on her. Wish that all reception to do the same on smart looks. Room is comfortable, with the view of Muntinlupa lake and pool side. Bed is nice for 2 double queen. Breakfast buffet has good selections, local food is available. Tables and chairs and restaurant colours bit darker. Alabang view is amazing and calm on eyes. Lunch option is limited to ramen and pasta, not so enjoyable. Lounge is nice, cozy. Lobby is spacious. Menu is the same from restaurant selection. However many options available outside at festival and around alabang. Ground floor cafe is a luxury feel, French viennoiseries are available and they all looks so good, professionally made. I wish the chef to do the same touch in main restaurant while maintaining Filipino feel. Pool was nice, fire drill conducted that time. Attendants are attentive and helpful. Thank you was nice stay!

Our dining experience was one of the most memorable, considering the ambiance and the musical band served as the cherry on top. If you think good music and good food pair well together, then choosing to dine and stay at Vivere Hotel would be the right choice for you. Not to mention, the service was really great despite arriving on a busy Friday night. The servers never failed to greet us with a warm welcome and made sure that we had everything we needed. All in all, I aim to come back with my friends another time as I really enjoyed my time there and Vivere Hotel's hospitality would definitely be one of the reasons why I'd choose them over any hotel in the south.
