The reception is so friendly and helpful, she tells us too many things about transportation of Geneva. Also, the reception allow us check in earlier. Very good experience.

Nice cozy room with great air conditioning on a very hot day

It feels like living in your own home. Although the hotel is not big, it makes you feel at home. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Lake Geneva across from the hotel. There are also several bus stops nearby, so transportation is very convenient. It is also close to the UN and WTO.

The service is very good. In Europe, the simple breakfast is also satisfactory. As a business trip to Switzerland, the price-performance ratio is still good

Service is very good

The staff were polite and very helpful. Breakfast are basic, but decent and included in the price. The location is very convenient for UN relatedeetings and events, also super close to the Le Lac park, convenient for jogging, dip in the lake or just a promenade. The hotel also has a small but well equipped gym (which is not common for Geneva, as I understood). Also I got an upgrade on the room I booked, which was a very nice gesture. Overall, would love to stay there again.

Some things never change, and fortunately the Hotel Eden is one of those.

Charming boutique hotel is a good alternative to the faceless chain hotels. Location is convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and good quality. But the place needs a major refresh - paint on doors and walls is peeling. Towels are thin, frayed, and often torn. Coffee machine is ancient. Bathroom amenities very limited. A small number of updates and fixes can help Eden achieve its high quality boutique hotel potential.

Great hotel with truly wonderful and caring staff members

A charming and comfortable hotel, with helpful staff. It has the feel of old Europe, very different from the many generic places you will find. It is close to the United Nations, and Lake Geneva. It is away from the main tourist part of the city, but that is easily accessible by clean and comfortable buses (free with your Geneva Pass given by the hotel). We did not get the breakfast, but it looked excellent.
