Good hotel if you want to be on the promenade but some 30 minutes walk to the station. However hotel can help with the taxi if you need one. Rooms were clean and airconditioned. Good hotel however for my feeling it’s more of a 4 stars than 5.

The room is poorly soundproofed and the price is higher than the standard of its facilities.

Hotel is in a good location and our room was large, but it is a bit dated. The bathtub was also hard to get in and out of as it was raised up. Quite difficult and dangerous even for stable people with normal mobility. Beware of breakfast. We ordered only from the cold buffet (petit dejeuner) as instructed but was charged the full price. When we asked the waitress she said it was because I had “an egg”. The egg was one boiled egg from the basket on the cold buffet station!!!! Very annoying and sneaky! That egg worked out to be 12CHF!!!

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights beginning 31 May 2024. The hotel location is very good. It’s on lake Geneva. It’s got couple of nice restaurants and a bar. If you like Lebanese food, then their Arabic restaurant serves pretty good authentic food. They have a good breakfast spread every morning too. The only setback for us was the rooms are small and the shower is not separate. It’s part of the bathtub and you can’t really shower properly without splashing water all over the bathroom. They have their own underground parking which is great if you hire a car. Overall, a pleasant hotel which needs to be renovated a bit especially the bathrooms.

We had a fantastic stay in Geneva. Our junior suite overlooked the lake with a wonderful view. Bathroom is spacious and included separate shower and tub. Turndown service included yummy Swiss chocolates to end our day. Relaxing chaises around the pool allowed us to get some downtime during our stay. All the staff was friendly and looking to assist us in any way. Truly one of the top hotels we have stayed in! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Good location in Geneva, walking distance to everything that matters. Hotel does have a business city hotel feel though, which is expected I guess. Not much charm but luxurious enough for a comfortable stay. Food was good but on the pricey side, which is a Geneva thing... Room had a view on the back street, quiet, big trees in front of the window, so peaceful overall. Would only stay there again for the Bonvoy points to be honest.

Best hotel I ever stayed. I really was impressed , the lobby is huge, beautiful flowers everywhere in the lobby, breakfast and service were exceptional. It was near the lake, fantastic view to Lac Leman. Clean surroundings I enjoyed the stay, worth for the money definitely.

Excellent location, opposite Lake Geneva. Stunning views. Very walkable. Staff, food, service were all 10 out of 10. Welcomed back to the hotel each time by the wonderful doormen. I did not want for anything! Highly recommend! Geneva is a beautiful city.

Service was great! The welcome gift in our room was unbelievably delicious and a great start to our wedding/honeymoon trip!! The location is great, easy enough to walk around down and a 10 minute walk to old town. The hotel bar was great for cocktails, we didn't have a chance to eat there but it looked amazing!

The rooms could use a bit of an update/refresh, but the staff more than made up for it. They were all amazing from breakfast service to the doormen and concierge. Truly felt like a luxury service experience in a bit of a dated, but very clean and well kept room. The location was an easy walk to the train station and downtown. They also email you a free local bus pass before arrival which is extremely helpful.

A+ hotel for business or a wknd. The service here is a perfect 10. Great conceirge, front desk, and possibly the best front of house valet guys in world. The 2 valet guys this am I would suspect will be managing hotels in the near future. This place does it well and its super clean!

We recently stayed for 2 nights with a group tour. The hotel is directly across the street from Lake Geneva and a 15-20 minute walk to the old town area. There are a wide variety of restaurants nearby. We were originally given a room that overlooked the pool area. As soon as we walked in, the music from the pool area was overwhelmingly loud. The room was lovely, but the noise was unbearable. I immediately went back to the lobby to ask if there was another room available. I was really expecting them to say there wasn't one. As I waited for others in the group to check-in first, a hotel manager came over and asked if there was a problem. I explained about the noise and he said he would handle it. By the time I went back and got my wife, someone was waiting to escort us to a new room away from the pool noise. The room was lovely and quiet! Our luggage arrived minutes later. We were surprised at the thoughtful and efficient customer service. Later a box of chocolates arrived with a note of apology for any inconvenience. We were amazed! The hotel breakfast was good. We had no trouble finding a nearby restaurant for dinner each night. The concierge pointed us in the right direction.
