房間很乾凈，熱水沒問題，房間空調製暖很好，衞生間有暖風機洗澡不會冷，苗苗接待的我們，超熱情，有求必應，有問題很快解決。晚上還有演出，體驗感很棒。

酒店就在景區裏，遊玩很方便，酒店區域有一個餐廳，量很大很好吃，還可以送到房間。客服小明服務很好，入住送了伴手禮，在她那買了看馴鹿的門票，有優惠，整體體驗非常好

營地酒店很有特色，營造的鄂温克文化和氛圍感十足，地點雖然不在鎮中心但跟隨高德導航還是很容易找。前台的工作人員小明非常熱情，對客人用心，提前跟蹤行程和叮囑注意事項，貼心服務。這次體驗十分不錯。

國慶節帶倆兒小娃出行體驗一下呼倫貝爾大草原和大興安嶺的秋色，沒想到還意外體驗了一把冬色。一場突如其來的大雪把撮羅子營地裝扮成了童話世界，倆娃玩兒的不亦樂乎。入住的森林家庭房也讓孩子很興奮，爭着玩兒滑梯和上下床。管家小明和樓層服務員本色服務周到、熱情。夏天的時候再來。
