The location is not close to Paris. We took a taxi for 15 euros back and forth to the Arc de Triomphe. The same is true for the Sacré-Coeur, but the city's attractions are further away and require a long walk. The room is comfortable and has a small kitchen which is very convenient. Overall the price is pretty good.

I would not come back to this place if not for the staff and their helpful behaviour. Every one is so ready to welcome and assist you. Special shout out to Orphelia, Hussain and Rashid , who were there to support me most of the times. However, each one was ready with a smile asking about your well being. Location, despite the proximity to the metro station is not an advantage, since the metro is always packed, this being a suburb. I personally did not find it safe late at night, though there was nothing untoward. Small but clean rooms, good room service. However, one thing that irritated me every day was the sticky , not so clean floor near the dining area and inside the lift. There was something sticky inside the lift, clearly visible on the very first day. On being asked about it, o was told not to worry since it was because of the rain!!!This could not get cleaned even after 7 days of mu stay when I was leaving.

Spent 4 nights in this hotel and had good experience. Room was small but sufficient for a good night sleep after long hours or walking in the city. Everything is clean.
Staff are lovely and friendly. Check in and check out fast. Breakfast decent with almost everything, and we will like it more if there are more vegetables.
Location is great enough for us since we can get to almost every major sites within 30 minutes with subway. The area outside the hotel under some construction but it doesn’t affect our nights.
Totally recommend if price keeps being competitive.

I came to Paris for my 20th birthday, and choosing this hotel was the best decision! The stay was wonderful from the moment I stepped inside the hotel, Tiifo was spectacular, he welcomed me and my partner like in no other place and made our stay unforgettable, Christopher from reception was polite, professional and very helpful. Very good hotel a bit outside of the centre of Paris but with a metro at the end of the street meaning you can be in the centre in 15-20mins. Area felt very safe and pleasant with some nice local eateries and amenities. I've stayed in a Happy Culture hotel before and the staff are always very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They even called a more central hotel to ask if we could leave our luggage there instead to save us going back to Boris before we departed Paris from Opera which was very convenient. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Only thing is the air conditioning unit was leaking so we had to leave it turned off which meant the room was very hot especially with the weather being particularly hot at the time. Noise from the street at night loud at times, mostly from motorbikes. Also you could hear other guests in their rooms i.e. when they turned on a tap or spoke loudly. Not a deal-breaker and for the price I think it offers good value for money for the budget conscious visitor.

Stayed right before Paris fashion week which is why everyone in the city looked extra fab! The cleanest hostel in Paris probably no bed bugs here! Loved that the bathroom was separated from the beds so you don’t have to worry about waking up your roommates. Free towel included but no laundry or kitchen so keep that in mind. Location wise there’s plenty of cafes and restaurants but it’s more on the outskirts from the touristy things. It’s is a ten minute walk to Guy Moquet metro station and then twentyish minutes to get to central locations like the Louvre or Arc de Triomphe. Navigating the Paris underground is not for the weak. That didn’t stop me from deluding myself that I’d get anywhere in Paris in under twenty minutes. Check in and checking out was super easy, staff is friendly.

I will start with the positives. The rooms are a good size and the shower is nice. However, the hotel over all is tatty and tiered and in need of a revamp, there is a strange smell in the corridors and everything on front desk is over priced. To top off a very average stay the cleaner binned a bag belonging to my son (6 years old) with a photo from PSG stadium tour in with 2 football players who he is besotted with when I reported this to reception desk the guy was extremely rude, dismissive and did nothing at all to help in any way. There are lots more hotels in and around Paris and I would not recommend this one the surrounding areas are very basic, there is little in terms of places to eat. This hotel would serve a purpose for conciencien e for one night if you were visiting stade de France.

Very charming hostel in the midst of Montmartre, at the foot of Sacre Cœur. The personnel speak French as well as English and are very helpful. There are both single rooms and dormitory and a small kitchen if you want to cook. A special secret is the outside terrasse on the first floor for both a calm breakfast and for meeting other guests in the evening!

The Jardin de Saint Cloud exceeded expectations! When booking, I had read reviews complaining that it was far from Central Paris, which it true- its in Saint Cloud. So if that is a concern it may not be a fit. However, it was perfect for us! We were visiting friends in Saint Cloud. The Jardin allowed us to take public transit into Central Paris. It is across the street from the T2, a shot walk to one of the M lines, and a VERY steep walk to the L. We easily got to our activities in the city each morning and returned each afternoon in time to visit with our friends for the evening. The rooms were clean and far more spacious than I anticipated (we did book a suite). The pool was great for my 9 year old and breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful! If we are lucky enough to return to France to visit our friends again, we will 100% book here again!

LLozza365We wanted somewhere cheap to stay as our intention was to stay just one night and use this as a base to explore Paris. We could not have been any more pleased. The room was basic and small but clean. Receptionist was friendly (and confirmed it is now open 24 hours so we checked in at 11pm without any issue). We parked our car for 2 days for FREE in the hotel car park and walked 3 minutes to Gennevillier overground train station. The trains were regular and took approx 40 mins DIRECT to the Eiffel Tower! This hotel is perfect if you are looking for somewhere cheap and convenient for your stay in Paris. Probably not for you if you want a luxury experience or a large room.

GGuest UserA nicely appointed modern hotel in a bizarre location surrounded by office blocks, industrial units and a railway line.We were on a coach tour and this was our last night stopover before heading for the ferry at Calais. Our courier had telephoned and warned them we were a party of almost 40 and precisely the time we would arrive. When we arrived there was one young lady on her own and she was dealing with an Asian family who were checking in, they wanted to pay cash and they don't accept it? Our courier asked if there was anyone else available, the answer was no. The next group were some Chinese who also wanted to pay cash they got the same result but became more agitated when their money was refused. At one point one of the group produced two brown envelopes and opened them, they both contained a thick wedge of new green 100 euro notes. I'd estimate there was 10,000 euros for sure and probably more. He kept offering the receptionist more money to accept his booking with a cash payment. All this pantomime had taken 20 minutes while our group were lined up at the desk and outside some were stood in the rain. Our courier interrupted and demanded to see the manager was told they were not available but a few seconds later the receptionist turned to the office door sited behind the reception and was clearly talking to someone. Meanwhile the receptionist had given us some room keys but they weren't ours. Then the woman hiding in the office appeared, she claimed to be the manager. A lot of talking and rummaging around by both eventually produced some room keys which were dumped on the desk and we were left to rummage through them and find our own keys. I was lucky I spotted my name almost straight away, The Chines guy was shouting and his offer for the room had gone up to 2000euros!! (I was tempted to pay it for him for 2000 euros with my card!). Makes you wonder about the clientele at this particular hotel doesn't it? There's nothing nearby and it was late so you are forced to eat in the hotel. In fairness the two young waiters who served us are the only ones in the hotel who know what they are doing, the meal went better than I'd expected after the earlier experience and the food was fine. We had an early start the following morning so an early breakfast had been arranged. You guessed it, it wasn't ready, I had some bread and jam and two glasses of orange juice for my breakfast only. The coffee machine wasn't working properly, the two (different) waiters were worse than useless, they did manage to produce food as we were having to leave. You can't take it out on the young staff, it's not their fault the place is completely mismanaged. Well if anyone is daft enough to consider staying at this hotel please find somewhere else for your own sanity.

GGuest UserHotel was fine, rooms clean and comfortable, neighbourhood just ok ! 10-15 min walk to the metro. Takes about 50 minutes or so (couple of metro lines) to the sights of Paris centre. Just one complaint from us, after contacting the hotel to ask if our 2 rooms could be together as we were travelling with 3 kids, they confirmed the would be next to each other but on arrival they were in fact on different floors and at opposite ends from each other so couldn't have been more further away !! It was fine though as we just used the hotel as a place to sleep and was out from morning till late....

Internal parking ... there are also trucks and a little bigger half ... in this case better warn x phone. Practicely attacked there are: 2 restaurants, the metro, supermarket, stops x middles on the street, a park ”parc des sévines”. Then walking x 30 m there is a park with a lake and animals ”parc des chanteraines”. Out of the hotel turning to the left, crossing the round and always right ... 10 m walking there is a mcdonald's. I would say comfortable for everything. Even x the Eiffel Tower.

GGuest UserA very warm and sympathetic welcome. It is always ready to arrange for you as far as possible. A very pleasant and serviceable team. I come every week and I am always welcome. Only breakfast bemol: breakfast price is a little higher than the choice. If you need to make a improvement, it is breakfast. I recommend this hotel

GGuest UserSafe secure hotel. Not really close to any big touristy stuff, but the subway was close and easy accessible. This is where real French people live, I was fun to spend the day roaming around. The fruit stands, Patisseries, cafes, flower shops all so fun. My daughter became ill and the hotel clerk found us a doctor (on a sunday). She was fine, but really appreciated the help. Room Super clean. Free Breakfast.
