Location is toooooo far away from sky avenue complex. Its was almost 15mins walk from our room to the main/casino area. Its definitely a hotel for family with kids instead of a group of friends unless u are planning to stay in the room most of the time because it seems like only sky avenue able to cater up to 6 pax a room. The room was clean but it was too hollow you can feel every movement from all areas and banging loud noise. Some of us even experienced eerie noises in the middle of the night. Overall the stay was ok. But i wouldn’t recommend for those who only wanna go to the ****** most of the time as its too far away.

Room size is huge, most of the amenities are provided included toothbrush and towels. However, room service may not be as thorough as the floor is still dusty and probably because the whole property is still partially under renovation, the sound and dust may be a little disturbing.
No room service / 24mart nearby for the hungry people.
Breakfast is ok, but some items are cold already even though they are on the buffet serving area.
It’s not walking distance from Genting but thankfully for the shuttle services (not free, it ranged from 6RM - 10RM depending on timing).
But staff are friendly. So this is a good point.

The hotel itself was well located which was why we chose Awana in the first place.
In terms of facilities and amenities it was acceptable. They give a little bag of cookie with a basic toiletries which was good.
The only downside was the overall staff service was very slow and less attentive. We had to follow up and check numerous times before getting our request done.

Cons :
Location : located 5-10 min from shop , the road heading no light at night.
Swimming pool : the policy must wear the swimming suit properly even though jersey material shirt cannot wear
Service check in : very slow , they take 10-15 min to service 1 cust
Service check out : its very funny when we have to wait the room service check everything ok during check out time , i wait around 15min still no update from the staff , fyi the room service enter our room upon we leave the room, why took so long time to check ? Its really waste my time. Not only me, the customer checkout before me haven’t get done yet. Finally i decided to leave the hotel without any concern 😓

Beautiful and clean hotel, with friendly staffs! Booked the deluxe room with balcony and I have nothing bad to say. The view and design is nice, room is equipped with Smart TV. There’s laundry machine and coway water refill outside at the public area too. Location is close to all the restaurants/coffeeshops (walking distance). Do note that parking is not free. All in all, an excellent experience!

The resort looks neat and beautiful where is surrounded by vegetation. When the first time we drive to this resort, we were scared of where is quite an outskirt location. But not too bad is not that deep into drive-in is just about 5 min from that small little town. In fact, is a really convenient location which near to those shops from the little town They take the SOP seriously where they did maintain the social distancing, scan our My Sejahtera apps, and provide us the hand sanitizer. We were greeted by the guard who are very friendly and dedicated. The room in GRV was the great one, very huge like a suite room with wide space, beautiful view and the shower heater was working perfectly with high pressure. The receptionist by the name of Fazila (who work in this property for 3 years plus) who handle our check-in and check-out process was efficient with a courtesy maner and helpful. We will never forget of Fazila's hospitality that she demonstrated. Keep up the good work Fazila and her team.

In overall, we are satisfied with the facility and staff professional services. The unit is clean and spacious.
Con:
During check out; 4 lifts out from 6 lifts were down for service. Remaining 2 lifts were fully loaded all the time. We kept waiting for more than 45mins, were forced to walk down 32 floors.

WWendy .TThe cleanliness of the room and the hotel's location are both good. However, the check-in service needs improvement. The hotel enforces strict rules, allowing check-in only at 3 PM. Even if you arrive at 2:30 PM or earlier, they ask you to line up at 2:50 PM. I understand if the room isn’t ready and we need to wait, but I don't understand why the hotel insists on only allowing check-in at 3 PM, even when the room is already vacant and clean. This results in a long, unnecessary queue for check-in, which seems redundant.

GGuest UserStayed only for one night. On arrival, it was an easy and quick check-in. Big and beautiful lobby area. Rooms are big and have a very comfortable bed. Bathrooms are large with seperate shower with rain shower and includes all toiletries. Good location, surrounded be restaurants and food places are in less than a minutes walk. Mall and cable car station just 10 minutes drive by car. Booked room only, so next day had to pay for breakfast and noticed it was a bit pricey. Overall. love the hotel and would definitely stay again.

GGuest UserWe truly enjoyed the onsen session especially the Sakura Pool which was a piece of fine art. The uniqueness of the pool increased the pleasure of soaking in the hot water on a cold evening. The other pools were also unique, 1 with nano bubble which we were told was imported from Japan. After soaking, it made our skin smoother. We also enjoyed the other pool near the window which was with the highest temperature. With the cold breezy wind coming in from the window it made us felt so relax and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offered great service. Thanks to their dedicated guests officers. We also had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. For those who wanted a relaxing holiday and not too far away from the buzzing Genting Resorts world of entertainment, The Yanné Onsen Hotel is a great choice.

YYayaBook a room without carpark but have hotel guest carpark. Drive out had to QR pay first, in this payment time is wasted my time. TNG pay unsuccessful twice, change to card payment unsuccess also but the guard said can already. Me like huh??? After few minutes recieved msg told that already deduct. Ok good. But 2times want to go out, become the first payment unsuccess and made us need to pay double. This QR pay is not very friendly user.

Guard has to help us to do it while showing face is like our mistake why the card it's not working... other than that all ok. The guard in this building was not really helpful at all act like hmmp... no matter how u smile to them.

GGuest UserThe location is about 1.4km to sky world and this is the reason we chose this place. The small route leading to this place is narrow and foggy so advise to drive when the sky is still bright. The check in process was a pain. No clear instruction when booking with Maplehome. We travelled with 2 elderly and 2 small kids. There are many blocks at ion delement. Upon arrival, I called them on check in process and I was asked to park at car park and go to level 3 for check in. They didn’t inform we are supposed to park at level 3 and check in at level 3 car park. So all of us dragging the luggage went to level 7. And called them again, went back to level 3, get the key, went to level 7 because family is waiting there not knowing where to go, went to grd floor of tower 1 and have to asked again then gotta walk outdoor to tower 2 on a very slippery walkway, then reach your place. It was a joke. Customer service is not doing a great job.
The place- it was spacious and ok. Sewerage smell is strong in kitchen and living hall. No dishwashing detergent provided so we didn’t use the glass. Heater not working after 3 persons used for 5 mins each. Good that there is en suite bathroom for the 2 bedrooms apartment we booked. Didn’t use the balcony as the weather was wet and cold so the floor was wet. TV has limited choice. Good that there is kids channel to keep the kids entertained. There were some small dirty stain on the wall. At night, the wind was strong so the room door keeps making sound even if it’s closed. Dogs were barking almost all night long.
- breakfast is not included if you booked with maplehome. If want to have breakfast, suggest to book direct with ion delement. We have to pay rm60 per person and rm30 per adult. However. It was the worst breakfast I had in my life- sausage was sour, ham soaked in water, people used hand to take bread, coffee not refilled in machine and doesn’t tastes good,
. Just take the egg. The restaurant should be rated as no star. Not hygienic, no passion and a pure mess. There is a small cafe opposite the restaurant. Suggest to try that if you happen to be there.
Wouldn’t return here again.
