My second trip here but its not the same as the first time i came last year, cause maybe that time still new so everything is nice and clean. But this time is just okay and not so clean. The breakfast is as same as last time, breakfast is 1/5. Not tasty at all. Customer service just okay. But it was easy procedure to check in and check out. Might not come here again next time.

Great variety of breakfast. However, the cleanliness of the room was found to be slightly below great, as I found dark spots of the bedsheets.

Good. Near to eating & shopping place. However, still a 20 min drive up to Genting theme park.

Truly disappointed with the mugs with lid provided in the room that are made from BONE CHINA (see picture). This shows the hotel management didn’t respect our country Malaysia as an Islamic country. Most of the guests / staff are Muslim, so, the hotel should consider to change all dishes/tableware set that are made of Bone China.
Just because of that, I went out to 7e just to buy paper cups 😌
Also, I didn’t go to have my breakfast at the cafe (already paid for) because of the mix feelings I had since they dare to provide mugs made of Bone China. How’s the food & plates in the cafe?
But above all, the staff were all delivers their best. I had a smooth check in / check out. The room was also nice & clean, except the phone in the room is not working.
