**Accommodation Experience at 7Stones Suites Geo38, Genting Highlands** Overall, I give the cleanliness rating on a scale of 2 out of 5 and hope that the management can further improve the cleanliness and maintenance aspect. First of all, the floor at the entrance and the kitchen area is quite sticky, which shows that the cleaning was not done thoroughly. Also, under the sofa and sofa bed was not cleaned well because I found hair and dry leaves there. This is very disappointing as cleanliness is an important aspect of the accommodation experience. Bathrooms also need urgent maintenance. The faucet in the toilet bowl and in the shower failed to work properly, causing discomfort when using it. The washing machine in my unit also does not work and often throws error codes, which makes it difficult for me to do laundry. In addition, the aircond in the bedroom is not cold even though the temperature has been set at 16°C. On the balcony, there are tables but no chairs to sit on, which limits the use of the balcony for relaxation. Nevertheless, the WiFi connection here is good and stable. I hope the management of 7Stones Suites Geo38 can take note of these issues and make the necessary improvements. With a little effort in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, I am sure the experience of staying here can be better and more satisfying.

There are convenient restaurants nearby. Take the elevator to the 5th floor and cross the overpass to become a food street... The room is clean, the fan in the lobby is strong enough to blow the wind, and I live on the 27th floor with a great view.

提前2個月訂房，訂多了一間，酒店不給退，本來有兩張0.8米的床，都沒有，在廳有信號，房間裏信號都沒有，前台又不會説英語，環境很差，一次性的東西都沒有。
