En arrivant à la réception nous avons été accueilli d'une manière désobligeante avec beaucoup de condescendance à notre égard.
Dans la chambre pas un seul sachet de thé à disposition.
Des meubles dans un état très moyen.
Une insonorisation déplorable où on entendait même les ébats amoureux d'une chambre voisine et les talons de chaussures d'une chambre du dessus.
Et pour finir nous avons été témoin d'une grosse scène de ménage à l'accueil de l'hôtel sans aucune intervention d'un membre de la sécurité de l'hôtel.
Indigne d'un 5 étoiles malgré un cadre magnifique...

Was nice looking from the outside but very disappointing rooms! We were given rooms in a separate building, which was rundown, carpets dirty and stained, wardrobe broken and old, dripping water noise, wallpaper stained. Room eight at this place.will never tell people to go here.

Zeer ruime kamers - mooie locatie direct aan het meer - Genval is verrassend kortbij Brussel en niet ver van de snelweg E411. Voldoende parking in de onmiddellijke omgeving van het hotel Echter slechts één laadpaal voor het laden van EV Een wandeling rond het meer biedt de gelegenheid om even tot rust te komen na drukke vergaderingen.
