Very comfortable room, easy to check in and check out. This hotel uses key cards. Room was quiet, temperature was easily adjusted. The unit in the wall controls the air, and the fan runs constantly even when there is no cooling activated. I happen to really appreciate that, as this means there is a steady overnight sound, and I'm not disturbed by the air kicking on and off. There are a few ports for USB chargers for electronics, as well as several standard outlets to use. It is nice to have a coffee machine and refrigerator in our room. We will be coming back. Thank you for a nice visit to Georgetown!

Check in and check out went smoother than I have ever experienced! We had a downstairs room across from the stairwell exit and that caused our door to bang whenever the stairwell door banged. Aside from the door though, we had a great experience!

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Having a mix of pillows is also a plus. The breakfast room was spacious and the food was good. I felt safe at this hotel and recommend it to anyone coming to the Georgetown Kentucky area. If I’m ever staying in that vicinity I will stay there again

Very friendly front desk. All was good with our stay. Elevator is quick and better than the slow one at Best Western Plus. I would pick this hotel over BW plus. The people at front desk are much nicer here. Very helpful and they even smile. Beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool. Food was Hotel breakfast and was average like almost all hotels. Places to eat all around for dinner close by.

Wonderful room and enjoyed breakfast. Was only there late evening and out by 9 but one of the better Comfort Inn and Suites had 4 set of towels and beds were clean and comfortable. Saw the pool but we were traveling and this was just a stop. I booked through Choice either app or website it showed my points but waiting to see if they add on. We stayed in Mobile and the reward was not counted? Sad

I highly recommend this motel! The staff is very friendly and professional! I stay here usually every week for work on the CLC network and the owner/general manager has always treated me well! He shows awesome care to get me set up with a room!

Great service very friendly except first shift even if you smoke outside the entire time because you smell of cigarette smoke the cleaning girl likes to tell management you smoked in the room even if you never did . All because my clothes smells of smoke

Room was very clean. Pillows were fluffy. Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, However, we were on the 3rd floor. Started to smell smoke and then I heard several sirens. Looked out the window and there was several fire trucks on the property. I was extremely alarmed so I opened the door, looked down the hall and saw smoke. I suddenly ran to call the front desk. I got no answer. My husband and I were very uncomfortable and uncertain if we should leave. I opened the door once again and saw a man. I yelled down hallway to him and asked if everything was okay and do we need to be worried. He assured me everything was fine. It certainly would've be very appreciated if someone would have been at the front desk to answer the phone.

Haven’t stayed at a Comfort Suites for 6 years. Was pleasantly surprised, room was large and worked for our one night stay. Breakfast had plenty of options. The only negative was the carpet in the room was dirty & had a slight damp feeling near the window.
