My husband spoke w/ someone re: our stay which would have been 2 nights 15-16th May. We cannot stay in pet friendly rooms b/c of asthma and allergies. We were told the 4th floor doesn’t allow pets so we booked it. When we arrived the man at the desk said all the floors are pet friendly so we decided to try it but we had to leave. In room about 2 hours. Thought we would get a refund since we were told that 4th floor is no pet. The man at the desk was very rude and seemed annoyed w/ us, no apology or sorry about our situation just we will owe for 2 nights. We left owing over $300.00 for nothing. Hoping that since you know our situation we will get a refund.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfasts were good and plentiful. The room was clean and we had our room made up each day, even though we were not expecting it. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from for dinner. We would stay there again.

This is a great place to stay. It has the best black out curtains, the best bathroom lighting, and spacious rooms. There's a delicious hot breakfast, and they even have free cookies at check-in. It's's very reasonably priced. Plus there lots of dining options nearby.

This Choice hotel in Georgetown KY was perfect for a visit to the Ark Encounter. This facility is clean and the front desk staff efficient, yet friendly and professional. We love well trained staff. Although we did hear a train and some road noise in the evening, there is nothing better than a comfortable mattress and clean bathroom to get you through a very long road trip. We'll stop here again on our next journey!

Overall, property is clean. We feel false advertising was involved since when we called before booking, we were told hot tub and pool were both working. That was not the case…the pilot light for the hot tub was broken and building maintenance had not fixed it yet. Hot tub was not hot so all. Wished the front desk staff had been up front and honest about that earlier.
