First time staying at a Home2 and if they all are like this one; they will be my preferred hotel! Staff were extremely gracious and friendly. The room was spacious. I loved the fact that the refrigerator actually had a small freezer for our ice packs. Shower had multiple heads!! Breakfast was the normal fare but they have the waffle maker! A very nice place to stay!

The ARK Encounter JULY 4th, 2024.. The hotel was wonderful, the customer service was outstanding, but the reservation site we went through on the ARK site was terrible. I paid for two rooms/ two nights. When we arrived only one room was noted in the hotel data base. After a few hours of back and forth with the reservation specialist. The hotel set aside a room, just in case my situation wasn't going to get resolved. I ended up buying a third room for my family. Today JULY 23rd 2024 a refund was requested for one room and it still has not been resolved. I would stay at this Hotel without a second thought. They really showed sincere concerns for my family...

Stayed here for a week. Very clean, very friendly staff. Nice patio area, cookies baked fresh on afternoon! Breakfast was usual fare, but room had refrigerator so you could get your own things and keep there to eat. Gas, restaurants, Walmart, Kohls down the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this hotel was great! The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Tare, the front desk manager. He was so helpful when our reservations at another hotel fell through.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to the Arc Encounter in Williamstown. The place was clean and reasonably comfortable. The shower is a unique experience with its 3 shower heads. It had good water pressure, however, the bathroom sink had very little pressure - which made little sense. Breakfast, IMHO, left a lot to be desired. Free and ample parking.

DO NOT STAY HERE! If you value your personal items, I advise no one to stay here at this establishment. I had an item to come up missing. Spoke with the manager and was told that I would be contacted by the GM. The GM would not reach out to me even though I was told that he/she would. They do not care and there seems to be a shady house keeper/house keepers that are taking from customers. Especially customers on the 2nd floor! I was not the only victim. Stay at your own risk.

I stayed here for one night during business travel. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hotel is in a great and convenient location, just off of the interstate with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was immaculate and the staff was beyond friendly. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect location to walk to several restaurants and fast food places. We stayed here to visit several things in the area. Not too far to drive to The Ark and The Creation Museum. Will definitely stay here again while we are in the area.

This location exceeded expectations. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The amenities were fantastic. Check in and out was made super easy with the Hilton aop. And the breakfast was beyond deluxe. It was the best hotel experience I can ever remember.
