I stayed 6 nights in this nice hotel Here is my review in points - location in a quiet area in Getage 30 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Gran via Check in in less than 3 minutes, I booked a suite, and it was a great choice,king size bed, a mini bar, a sofa , 2 TVs, and a nice toilet. Breakfast with varieties and good quality. 3 shopping malls 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are no restaurants or bars in the hotel, but around the hotel, you can find a lot of varieties. Big thank you to the front desk lady she was so helpful and speaks English very well.also, big thank you to the restaurant team during the breakfast as they were serving many people many cultures with a big smile

Pleasent hotel, not really 4 star. The hotel was in an ideal location in Getafe, was clean and staff friendly. Personally would say not 4 star. Little things like no tea or coffee in the room and the lights are on an eco setting; but do not stay on long enough when you open room door, so you are left in darknesswhen trying to put your key in the activation slot. Also slow response when leaving your room. Selection at breakfast good example of continental selection although the scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage that were on offer in the buffet were cold, (both days).

We went with a group. The hotel is not very close to the city center, but it is convenient and comfortable in terms of accommodation. As in many places in Spain, you must be very careful in this hotel, as there may be theft at check-in. Do not leave any of your belongings with you. Other than that, the room is comfortable and clean. There are shampoo, shower gel, etc. in the bathroom. Breakfast options are nice. If you want to buy your coffee and go out, they ask for an extra fee of 2 EUR.

We stayed during our tour of Spain. Madrid is far from the center. There weren't many restaurants around. The rooms were clean and adequate. Breakfast is at standard 3 and 4 star hotel level. Excellent hotel with free indoor parking, which is appreciated especially if you have rainy days. Large room. We were traveling with a 4-month-old baby and they provided us with a free crib with everything we needed, including towels. Very varied and good breakfast. If I come back I repeat

We spent three days in Madrid as a family to take the Real Madrid Tour and go to the Warner. And the location of the hotel is phenomenal. Large and very comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and excellent quality. We loved it. In its surroundings there is where to go out to eat... Right next door there is a spectacular Chinese buffet restaurant. If you come late from Warner, MacDonalds is open and has a lot of atmosphere. In general we have been very happy and eager to repeat. We already know where to stay next time and recommend it to friends and family.

Honestly, more than satisfied, the hotel surprised us, the rooms were very cozy, the spacious bathroom and perfect closets, everything was impeccable, my husband and I were delighted, I recommend your reservations with breakfast included, you will not regret it, everything is delicious. Highly recommended, if I gave it a rating it would be out of 10.

Our tour made an agreement with exe hotels in Spain. It was the best exe hotel in the cities of Madrid, Barcelona and Seville. I think it would be more accurate to say the cleanest. It's too far from the centre. Breakfast is standard in all exe hotels. You can't find much to eat. If you prefer muffins, their desserts are delicious. There is only one type of cheese. Don't expect olives and tomatoes or anything like that. The delicatessen is all pork products. That's hard. If you don't have to come with a tour like us, don't choose it. Tour da Jolly, by the way, is not a fake tour, but the hotel we stayed in was just that.
