Hotel in ottima posizione nel centro storico. Comodo per visitare il borgo. Molto bella la camera vista mare. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Apprezzabile la possibilità di prenotare il posto auto. Consiglio di farlo con largo anticipo.

I booked a room on a Monday evening, deciding on a last minute overnight trip to Getaria on Tuesday morning. The rooms looked nice online, but that's what the internet is about: making everything look nice even if it's not. The hotel and room exceeded expectations in every way. My room had a panoramic ocean view that was simply stunning. To make it even better, the refrigerator was stocked with a variety of Basque beer. When I first arrived, I didn't want to leave the room but would have been happy with that view while enjoying local beer. But I did get out and the Saiaz was close to everything in town. Highly reommended.

Best hotel by far we have stayed in over many years of touring Europe. Good sized bedroom plus another room with sofa etc.! And a direct view of the sea out of both rooms. Hotel full of character, plus areas, including a large balcony, on first floor to sit with view of sea. Reception staff very helpful. Worth making a significant detour to stay in this hotel - attractive town has good range of restaurants etc.

We had an amazing sea view from our room and spent time on the outdoor, shared balcony. Breakfast was good and location excellent. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful hotel in a picturesque beach town! Splurge to get a room with a view!
Staff was amazing and friendly! Breakfast was delicious-coffee, breads, cheese, sausage, fruit, and tortilla. We walked into town to enjoy fresh grilled seafood. 15th century building with so much character! Would stay again !

Pictures cannot do this hotel justice. It is beautiful! The building, the bedrooms, the public areas and the staff are all superb. An added bonus, it’s only steps away from a gorgeous harbour, wonderful restaurants and pretty little streets. This is really one of those hotels where we stayed for two nights and wished we could have stayed on much longer. Thank you!

Geweldig hotel. Een museum! Fantastische ligging. Parkeerplaats gereserveerd aan de overkant voor slechts €15,- per dag . We verbleven er 6 dagen en we hebben genoten. Centraal gelegen in Getaria en maar 4,5 km wandelen naar Zarauz met een heerlijke boulevard, terrasjes en prachtig strand. Getaria heeft ook twee mooie stranden. 's Avonds vonden wij het er niet wervelend, behalve het terras boven dede haven waar slechts de inwoners bij elkaar komen. Ontzettend gezellig daar. In de twee hoofdstraatjes een aar tavernes waar je lekkere pinxtos kunt eten. Ontbijt niet bijzonder maar wel goed. Echter na 6 dagen heb je daar wel een beetje genoeg van. Personeel super vriendelijk en met alles bereid te helpen. Kortom: Getaria en Hotel Saiaz is een knalharde aanrader!
