Hotel attendees were so rude. They change the carton and mattress in 2 days. Very bad and unhygienic to stay!

Basically the hotel is good, location is excellent. Staff are courteous. But space is a little cramped; beds and linen are not so neat; for the same cost, neighbourn hotels offer simple add on like tea kettle in room etc. Even small facilities like coat hangers: we have to demand and get.

The location is excellent, located close to ghansoli station. Shopping available around also good restaurants. This hotel does not serve food hygiene could have been better. The bed spread was very old one, not freshly washed. I have stayed in this hotel earlier. But it was better on earlier days
