Good stay, and timely service options. Good staff service from house keeping to restaurant service. Quality food and other amenities. Close to office and very commutable. Instant response from the management side if any problem is told.

Mr Manish the house keeping personal is doing a very good job. Whereas the manager of the hotel is running poor show due to his aggressive attitude and impolite behaviour with customer. Mr Yogesh especially needs a lot of improvement to be a manager despite his rude behaviour the other crew are good and humble.

Mumbai house hotel is a neat and clean property which I normally dont get to see here in Mumbai unless you are staying in a premium hotel. Structure is new and gives the feeling of a upscale hotel. Location is also good and restaurant service is equally good. Staff is very courteous and cooperative. Manish Chavan from housekeeping staff made all efforts for my comfortable stay. Recommended for business stay in Navi Mumbai.

Very nice experience during our stay, very neat and clean rooms, very helpful staff specially the room service and cleaning staff. Ishan and Manish steps in, the moment you call. Best experience so far. Food is fantastic, a little upgrade in the food menu will make this hotel a go to stay for everyone, else 10/10.

I get a chance to stay at Hotel Mumbai House Ghansoli, It was a pleasure to stay there. stay was pleasant and satisfied with the services and facilities provided by the staff during my stay. Special Manish Chavan took care of house cleaning and help to resolved my queries.

It's very delicious food and service is very good specially Sagar Bawaskar, Ashish, Rohan and Shoaib behavior is good and polity. 😘💕🥰🙏🔥🔥🔥🔥 Food is very good and testy and also maintain hygiene. I reaccommodate this hotel and restaurant.

House keeping service is good. Staff is very co operative specially Akshay. He is very friendly and keeps the room neat. Also being new to the place, staff is ready to help out with local knowledge and guidance. All in all the experience is very good.
