Bellissimo posto a conduzione familiare immerso nella natura con viste spettacolari sulla campagna circostante! Carine, funzionali e pulite le camere (disponibile anche una parte con dormitorio in comune). Ottimi i servizi e padroni di casa sempre disponibili (a noi hanno servito la cena anche fuori orario e preparato un box per la colazione visto che la mattina saremmo andati via presto). Ti senti veramente in famiglia!

immerso nel verde e lontano dal caos, ci è piaciuto moltissimo; bungalow ampi e puliti bagno altrettanto, mette a disposizione bicilette (in pessime condizioni) gratuitamente, scooter in buone condizioni a un prezzo ragionevole (100k dong/giorno, benzina esclusa), consiglio lo scooter perché le distanze sono notevoli e le strade ampie e tranquille, siamo lontani dal caos delle città, quindi è molto facile guidare. La signora parla poco inglese ma in modo molto efficace, e può aiutare a organizzare e prenotare escursioni di vario genere. Noi ci siamo affidati a lei per il trasferimento da lì a Hanoi, tutto perfetto

Stayed in the private chalet for 2 nights. These are beautiful, the bathrooms are lovely beds are comfy. Also stayed in the dorms for a night the beds are wider than most hostels and really comfy. The owners were really helpful with booking excursions, really friendly and attentive. Was sad to leave this beautiful little place.. Great atmosphere, great pool to have a dip in ....food was lovely and plenty Tom choose from at great prices.. The surrounding areas are beautiful to explore ...could t recommend enough.

Ze zijn zeer gastvrij. Er staat een leuke pooltafel. Het zwembad is groot genoeg en nooit druk. Er zijn handdoeken bij het zwembad die je mag gebruiken. De bedden zijn heerlijk groot en zacht genoeg. Er is ook een schone klamboe boven het bed. Wifi is gratis en prima. Kamers zijn schoon. Je kan hier ook je was laten doen.

This is a fantastic spot in Ninh Binh, perfectly located to be within close proximity from many of the sites, but quiet enough for you to be away from the traffic and hustle/bustle. The rooms are great, quiet and comfortably set up. The restaurant is basic but has great food, and hanging out by the pool with a few beers is a great way to spend a few days. Get out and about by simply walking out the gate, or rent a bike/cycle and see everything you need. A lovely little family run business. Excellent service and a really great place to stay.

Een geweldige plek om te verblijven als je een of meerdere dagen in Ninh Bình bent. De hardwerkende familie die de homestay runt zijn erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en relaxed. De hele plek is school en goed onderhouden, het eten in het eigen restaurant is heerlijk. De huisjes zijn op en top verzorgd, super netjes en sfeervol, met name de badkamer. De centrale ruimte/restaurant heeft een bar, een pool tafel en voetbal tafel waar je met je gezinsleden of met andere gasten leuk kunt spelen na een dagje op stap te zijn geweest. Het zwembad is schoon en mooi. Ik kan eigenlijk gewoon geen minpunten bedenken.
