I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip for the first time in 25 years. It was a hotel that my colleague took and I didn't expect much of the loneliness of the exterior and the surrounding shopping streets, but the room was large and clean and cozy. The staff is so helpful that they helped us make a reservation for Kaiseki dinner. That restaurant was full but they tried a few others to see if they were available.
