Best accommodation we stayed in for the whole trip in Indonesia. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the hotel manager and restaurant manager, they gave us a wonderful presentation of the island and the activities we could do.
The villa is marvelous, way better than the pictures! Very relaxing and curated atmosphere.
The villas are in the middle of the island but they provide complimentary bikes, with which you can reach easily every point of the island. My husband and I loved our stay there. ❤️

Llegamos al hotel, escondido y sin casi iluminacion en el camino, llegamos agotados después de todo el viaje, el trato fue indiferente unos turistas más, casi 40 minutos para hacer el check in, la habitación estaba bien sin más, para el precio que se paga hay mejores ofertas en la isla, te intentan vender de todo todo el rato, no recomiendo sobre todo por el trato recibido.

Cuidado con este hotel! Infringe las políticas de devolución de Booking. Debido a la erupción de un volcán cerca de Bali , cancelan todos los vuelos del aeropuerto de Bali . El hotel se niega a realizar la devolución de 600€ por 5 noches ya que nos es imposible llegar a Bali y tampoco vamos a poner en riesgo nuestra integridad física cuando está ocurriendo un DESASTRE NATURAL en la zona. Todos los demás hoteles nos han devuelto el dinero por el mismo motivo . Incluso el primer hotel en el cual realizamos la solicitud un día después de la fecha reservada. Te recomiendo no reserva ya que todos estamos expuesto a que pasen este tipo de desastres cuando planeamos nuestras vacaciones y lo mínimo ya que nos hemos quedado sin vacaciones es no quedarnos sin el dinero también.

Las fotos del alojamiento son antiguas , actualmente en se encuentra sin ningún tipo de mantenimiento. Y aire acondicionado no funcionaba en nuestra habitación lo que hacía muy difícil dormir con el calor , ademas del olor a humedad y moho en la habitación . Personal nada amigable.

La villa par son agencement et la piscine et le jardin luxuriant nous ont enchantées. Un vrai paradis et le confort de la chambre et la décoration est parfaite.
Seul bémol le wifi est trop faible et manque de rapidité et l’environnement (en pleine mutation) invite peu a ressortir de chez soi; même avec les vélos gentiments prêtés.
Des bouteilles d’eau à disposition seraient un plus plutôt q’une fontaine qui n’est pas renouvelée tous les jours…
L’accueil est remarquable de la part de tout le monde. Je recommande pour un séjour reposant.

I never comeback to this place, i had my reserve money in the vault, 3x €1000 in notes of €200. I only use this money when ever there is an emergancy.
They took from every deck 1x €200 so i wouldnt see it when i leave. So in total i got robbed for €600. The reason i know how and when this happend is because, i used to count them everytime i leave the vault and check it, because i leave my rolex and wifes jewelry there.
So that day before i went to the utophiacatamaran, i opend the vault to take my glasses out, and saw the money was the same as always.
When i came back, afther i opend the safe i saw the decks were incomplete. So i missed 1x of €200 note at every deck. I questioned my self like???
I asked Majo, who has acces to the masterkey of the vault. They said only the manager, but that day the manager took a day off and i said, so the manager took a day off today. When i forget my code of my vault who's gonna open the fault for me if i have to leave now? Well, then everyone has acces to the masterkey...
Lucky that it was not my vacation money, but my reserve otherwise i would of get more crazy then every there and break everything there...
