Best accommodation we stayed in for the whole trip in Indonesia. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the hotel manager and restaurant manager, they gave us a wonderful presentation of the island and the activities we could do.
The villa is marvelous, way better than the pictures! Very relaxing and curated atmosphere.
The villas are in the middle of the island but they provide complimentary bikes, with which you can reach easily every point of the island. My husband and I loved our stay there. ❤️

I never comeback to this place, i had my reserve money in the vault, 3x €1000 in notes of €200. I only use this money when ever there is an emergancy.
They took from every deck 1x €200 so i wouldnt see it when i leave. So in total i got robbed for €600. The reason i know how and when this happend is because, i used to count them everytime i leave the vault and check it, because i leave my rolex and wifes jewelry there.
So that day before i went to the utophiacatamaran, i opend the vault to take my glasses out, and saw the money was the same as always.
When i came back, afther i opend the safe i saw the decks were incomplete. So i missed 1x of €200 note at every deck. I questioned my self like???
I asked Majo, who has acces to the masterkey of the vault. They said only the manager, but that day the manager took a day off and i said, so the manager took a day off today. When i forget my code of my vault who's gonna open the fault for me if i have to leave now? Well, then everyone has acces to the masterkey...
Lucky that it was not my vacation money, but my reserve otherwise i would of get more crazy then every there and break everything there...

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans une villa de cet établissement. Mention spéciale très bien pour le personnel qui est souriant et toujours disponible pour les clients. En ce qui concerne la villa, c’est suffisant sans plus. Pour les arachnophobes, nous avons trouvé plusieurs araignées dont une dans les coussins. La climatisation n’est pas très bien placée puisqu’elle se situe au-dessus des têtes et nous avons été contraint de l’arrêter la nuit. Pour compenser, il y a un ventilateur de plafond qui est relativement bruyant lorsqu’il est en marche. Nous étions au courant de la disposition de la douche à l’extérieur avant de réserver et trouvons que cela impacte la qualité du confort surtout lorsque vous vous douchez la nuit tombée (le soleil se couche tôt) et que vous devez allumer la lumière (moustiques). Le petit-déjeuner à la carte est bon même s’il y a passablement de mouches dans la zone de repas. Nous étions seuls à table un matin lorsque la manager était présente et nous aurions apprécié qu’elle nous demande comment se passait notre séjour jusque-là d’autant plus que nous avions échangé avec à plusieurs reprises par messages. L’établissement reste bien situé à mi-chemin entre les deux côtes de l’ile et des vélos, dans un état moyen, sont mis à disposition pour vos déplacements. C’est un 3,5/5 mais pas suffisant à notre avis pour un 4.

An absolutely unforgettable and perfect experience for our honeymoon. From start to finish we were treated like VIP’s. The host / Manager Laura was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We were given great recommendations for Gili T, but also recommendations around travelling to and from our next destination (which we are SO grateful for after a hell of a journey) By FAR best customer service we’ve ever received staying at a hotel. the only negative was having to leave :(

Prachtige villa’s net buiten de drukte van Gili Trawagan. Ik heb hier echt een geweldige tijd gehad. Van het warme welkom bij het inchecken, tot het heerlijke eten en natuurlijk de prachtige villa. Alles erg schoon en verzorgd. Voor het verkennen van het eiland kan je gebruiken maken van een fiets die bij je villa hoort. Echt super! Ik heb de snorkeltour bij Utopia geboekt via Majo. Dit is echt een aanrader. Ik kom zeker nog terug!

Oase van rust en luxe in het midden van het eiland weg van alle drukte. Eigen pool, s' morgens lekker ontbijt in jou huis, top kamer. Super lief personeel. Restaurant klein maar lekkere kaart. Met de fiets ben je snel aan de west of oostkant van het eilandje.

Stayed here in November for two nights and that was nowhere near enough, didn’t want to leave. Absolute paradise, the private villa was unreal! The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we loved getting the breakfast delivered to our room. Lovely having our own bikes for the time we were there. I think about this place all the time and would love to go back. One thing to be aware off but this will be across the majority of the island is the call to prayer which goes off quite late and early but not the fault of the villas. Hopefully be back one day!
