The hotel is on the small island of gilit and is very peaceful. Hotel Restaurant environment Room and service did not leave us unsatisfied, the staff was super hospitable. Breakfast was very varied every day and we were taken care of in every way during the days we were there. Room 11 in particular, with its beautiful pool and lawn, was the only pity we couldn't stay there longer

We had an ocean pool villa! Hands down best villa on the island! Definitely worth it and would highly recommend.

Good service, beautiful view

The breakfast is very rich and delivered on time every time. The attitude is very good. It is close to the beach and there are few people on the beach. The barbecue in the evening is delicious. It is cleaned in a timely manner and helps to celebrate🎂. Looking forward to coming again.

Dear friends, please don’t come to this hotel! ! ! Good Chinese friends don’t lie to good Chinese friends! ! ! The facilities and services are ridiculously bad! ! ! 1. I called the front desk to ask the front desk to move the extra bed. It took a total of three calls before it was finally moved. 2. I called the front desk and asked the front desk to send a scale. I called the front desk three times in total, but it never came. 3. There are many mosquitoes on the island, and the waiters will open the door wide when cleaning every day! There were so many mosquitoes in the hotel. There was no fly swatter in the hotel, only pest control spray. The mosquitoes bit me more than a dozen times in one night. They were itchy and noisy, and I couldn't sleep at all! Finally, I trapped mosquitoes with human flesh and killed ten of them with my bare hands. 4. We booked a private express boat to Lombok at the hotel. After putting us on the horse taxi, the hotel staff did not tell the driver the boarding location. The driver did not speak English and did not know where the boarding location was, so he had no choice but to abandon us in the end. At the big pier, I finally had to wait an extra forty minutes before boarding the boat. 5. The hotel is very poorly maintained. Half of the grass is bald and yellow, and most of the coconut trees have yellow leaves. Most of the hotel faces the road directly. I think the rice is not very tasty, but it is so difficult to cook so I don’t want to expand on it. 6. The air conditioning is mediocre and cannot be adjusted by blowing it directly on the head. The swimming pool in the villa is very small and uncomfortable. After staying for three days, I didn't even have the desire to soak my feet. 7. There are reasons for the difference. When these problems occurred, I communicated with the hotel staff immediately. The manager never said sorry throughout the process, and there was no improvement in the follow-up. 8. If you are taking your family on vacation, this hotel will definitely become your nightmare. If you are determined, then don’t have expectations. Without expectations, there will be no harm.

It is a relatively good hotel on T Island. The swimming pool is too small and the hotel experience is average.

Great stay!

The hospitality here is 10 stars. Everyone is really polite and welcoming. we were welcomed with a sweet honeymoon room set up. Room service was excellent. The place is clean and well kept, private. The food on the resort is EXCELLENT. The area outside the resort is also really nice especially at night. free bikes were provided, which were easy to rent, which are yours for the entire stay. We wish we stayed here more days, we would definitely come again

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with MIND BLOWING service standards. We had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights and will likely not stay anywhere else when returning to Gili T. We cannot thank the staff enough for truly being the highlight of our stay. Their attention to detail and genuine nature made every moment warm and elevated the beautiful atmosphere. A special shout out to Hafiz and Maria at the front desk, Yusuf at the front of house who is cute as a button (I wish we could be brought you on the Margaux with us) and the lovely ladies who gave us the most relaxing of massages every evening. I wish I got more names! If you are scrolling reviews and accomodations, look no further. I cannot count the number of travellers by the beach who wished out loud that they booked at Pondok Santi instead. Thank you so so much from the honey mooners in room #1. High praises for staff in Pondok Santi they really go the extra mile in making sure you feel at home. Pondok Santi is the place to stay in Gili T. Unlike other resort, Pondok Santi still preserve the open, green and spacious villa for their unique selling point. Quite and Family resort is the cherry on top. It is the dream vaccation for all of us.

We had a really lovely short stay in the ocean view bungalow. Every single one of the team was incredibly accommodating and kind and attentive. The lunch at the beach restaurant was delicious, with some of the best pizza. The sunset cruise was especially amazing. We’d love to come back ASAP.

Everything was perfect! It made a wonderful experience in Gili! Employees are all kind, humorous and adorable. Room service was nice and delicious. I’m fully satisfied with everything. It was a perfect gift for me this year! I’ll visit here for the next time!

We were staying on the island in another hotel and a friend recommended we visit this place for a day by the beach/pool. It was so lovely-the grounds, the position right on the beach, the lovely friendly staff and amazing accommodation options-it simply blew us away. We did a deal and moved there the next day-wonderful experience. We even had breakfast ( food is superb) watching the turtles on the beach! Thoroughly recommend this place to get away from all the bustle of the island if you need to -a paradise retreat
