Fantastic service from Putu the manager and the team. We arrived and was greeted warmly then we were ushered to a smooth check in. Very accommodating and friendly management to cater to our enquiries even before we arrived. We rented bicycles from the hotel throughout our stay there to go around the island. Good condition bike and they clean our bike after every night. Room is spacious. Bathroom is squeaky clean. Pool is directly outside the room. On our first night, the team decorated our room to welcome us the second time after the whole day out. They have fire show 2x a week too. Highly recommended.

It's a bit far from the port, but I think this could be an advantage or a disadvantage. I was rather away from the busy streets and it was nice because it was towards Sunset Point. All the staff are kind, the facilities are all cute, and they are neatly maintained compared to their age. And most importantly, the cat is cute, kind, and cute....

Fantastic hotel, exceeded our expectations! The rooms are very spacious stayed in the Casa Nostra suite 2 nights which was fantastic, we then completed the rest of our stay another 4 nights in the grande room due to what was available. Both rooms were fantastic, plenty of space, comfy beds, large day beds and the best part all the surprises that adds that magical touch! All staff are very accommodating, Juwita was especially very friendly, and always took time to have a chat with us. Food and drinks were delicious great choice and reasonably priced. The resort is set on prime sunset location and away from the main party hub. Hire a pink bike and see the sites of Gili T, you won’t be disappointed!

The room was amazing. The staff was friendly and juwita took good care . Loved the sunset ans fire dance as well. Cocktails and food was best ... Location was def amazing. Gili is famous for its parties as well. So it's must try if u visit bali....

This place is so lovely, the staff are so kind and accomodating - any requests we needed (adapter, extra towels, ear plug, extra cup), they fulfilled. The sunset itself was amazing from this location, they have great entertainment throughout the evening - a live saxophone player and dj and fire dancers! So awesome. The thing I liked the most about here is during the day there is such a pleasant relaxing vibe. Our room is right next to the pool and we were worried we would be disturbed by other people / loud music. Thankfully the rooms have a nice private patio space and the hotel only plays music in the evening so we were able to lounge by the pool all day to relax, watch the sunset right next to our hotel and then go out to party if we wanted to in the evening as it is just a small bike ride to the busier part of the island. We felt so treated through the day as well - the staff come around with free snacks and drinks at least a few times a day - this is every day also which we were surprised ! Just so thoughtful and kind. To be honest, I was a little unsure about what to expect - I couldn’t wrap my head around what ‘cool adults only’ and ‘constant surprises’ could possibly mean. But after a week here I have come to the understanding that Pinkcoco is a place where any one can come to stay and relax in a judgement free zone - there are no children around - so if you are looking to fully recharge you can without worrying about disrupting kids / being disrupted. Many of the other guests are happy to either keep to themselves, however, we have also met some other lovely people staying here. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely come stay here again. A special shout out to Juwita and Comma, as well as all the housekeeping, admin and restaurant staff they made our stay so pleasant!

Hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed at! Staff went above and beyond from adjusting our booking dates to delivering our forgotten passports to the boat dock! The front beach lounge is one of the best spots to watch the sunset with delicious food and drinks delivered to your seat. Awesome live music playing too, such a vibe. The restaurant had very tasty food with a wide range of options, the breakfast package is a great deal! The pool area was very relaxing to lounge in with delicious treats and drinks brought to you spontaneously, like they could read my mind when I needed a snack! My partner and I throughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to rebook when we visit Gili T in the future, we’re also excited to try their sister locations as well. Will be recommending to anyone we know! 10/10 thanks for everything guys

We could not have a better stay experience at Gili T than pinkcoco. From the rooms, to breakfast, to sunset bar, private snorkelling, floating breakfast and spa everything was perfectly well managed. The staff was very prompt and immediately arranged for all services asked. Very nice property, highly recommended. Would definitely visit again. Smooth check in and check out as well. Worth the money.

Constant surprises is very much true. From the minute we entered the property, we fell in love with this place.Rooms were cozy, calm and had a rustic look. Swimming pool was great and they surprise you constantly with snacks and drinks.SPA was great and food was outstanding. Do not miss the evening sunset with fire show.

A fantastic experience, all the staff have been very helpful, friendly, Putu Arta the manager, Yuni the influencer, and all the reception staff, house keeping, bar, all very diverse, helpful. We took an excursion on the hotel boat to snorkel and it was incredible, we saw turtles and manta rays and many colorful fish, in addition to providing us with material to do it. The rooms are super spacious and well decorated, the bathroom is incredible and huge, the amenities are fantastic, no detail is missing, we also have a refrigerator. You can buy the amenities, they are very nice and it is a good souvenir. The pool is fantastic, you can use it 24 hours a day, you can have breakfast in it, very romantic, the restaurant food is great, a mix of Asian and Mediterranean. The sunset from the beach is impressive, the hotel is in the perfect place to see it. The spa is phenomenal and the girls are very good at their job, relaxing and intimate. Everything has been perfect and incredible.
