This is a simple place. The staff are very pleasant. It is not the most peaceful place. If you want to snooze during the day you will need to contend with bangra music being played, building work, screaming children and a bit of building work. Plus there is a mosque nearby which is very audible at prayer time. The room was clean. The bed comfy but I got badly bitten during the night multiple times on my feet. It is quite central and not a long walk to the beach area.
