Wow, such a beautiful place with an amazing pool and the friendliest staff! Hardi welcomed us as if we were his own family and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and the staff are so helpful! No doubt we will stay for longer the next time we visit Gili T!

After getting off the boat, you need to walk right for about five to ten minutes. For breakfast you can choose to dine in the room or downstairs by the sea. I have tried one food and drink per person. When I left the shop, I said that I had to charge for breakfast after breakfast time. Breakfast time is after 10:30, but I have already delivered it to my room at 10 am. The room door was very thin, and the hotel was not soundproof. The last night's sound was clearly heard. The rooms are all upstairs, and someone can clearly hear the talk up and down the stairs. You can clearly hear the sound of the waves and the sound of the carriage passing by at night. The waiters are kind and friendly. Nothing about facilities. But this island is really fun

This hotel was just beautiful. We even added an extra night, we felt so good there. Thanks to Pablo and Rio who took care of us. The entire staff was concerned about our well-being. Aldo, you can see the best sunsets there. Movies on the beach at night are always good. The room is very comfortable and clean. I would go back without hesitation!

The newly built hotel is the twin of the Pearl Beach Lounge but is located in a much quieter position and above all in the area from which it is possible to enjoy the sunset with the sun going out into the sea. If you are looking for unbridled entertainment in the port area, this is not the place for you, although it can be reached in just a pleasant 10 minutes by bike. Very kind staff, clean and spacious rooms, both the pool area and the beach are beautiful and very well looked after. Highly recommended (anti-coral shoes are essential for swimming, when you see the low tide you will understand why....)

Can’t speak for the bungalows as didn’t see, but if the toilets and reception are representative then…oh oh. I’m talking about the restaurant and beach. This place has lots of minuses, and I’ll come to those, but the major plus outweighs the minuses in a big way. The biggest plus is that this resort has a few amazing low, hanging trees full of bloom that cast a wonderful shade across much of the beach front. This means that you can enjoy the Sun on the loungers (new covers, staff would clean sand), the crystal sea, or if you’re looking for some shade under the trees you’ve got that in abundance (this part of the beach appears to have a narrow shorefront, that ebbs and flows with the tide, but that’s a very minor thing). This was absolutely wonderful for our three-year-old daughter who made it her playground. The beach to the east gets steadily more crowded and soon enough gets dirty the closer you are to the ferry. West it’s more huts with a few loungers. Here seems to be the optimal spot. Came here for at least part of each day for three weeks. Also almost every day turtles came up almost to the beach. The food is so so, on one day, the vegetable curry was amongst the best I’ve had, and another day it was amongst the worst. If there was any consistency to this place, it was in its inconsistency. The guys that ran, it were really nice, but also don’t expect any level of sophistication in their approach to customer service. I left my hat one day and when I came back the next it was obviously gone. Yes I had left it they all said, but none thought it wise to put it away for me when I came back. A bit pricey but less so than at more fancy places (this ain’t one!) but kind of on par for Gili T that is very dear when compared to Lombok or Bali (at least in the cheap north). Five stars for the beach, trees, and friendly staff.

They gave us a Villa!! The place is pretty new, they just celebrated their first year. The staff is super! Internet was not too good at the Villa, but in the public areas, it was. The shower and the bed were amazing! The pool and the beach were awesome! Recommended!

Hotel room was clean and comfy, the hotel food was excellent especially the Indian menu as well as Aston burger which was a winner with kids. The service was amazing! Special thanks to Hadi who made our stay pleasant he even took the time to explore the island with my son! The management of the hotel regarding service is the best by far! If you're an Indian traveling to Gili avoid this hotel at any cost. They will give you the worst rooms where doors won't lock, AC won't work and they won't fix it no matter how many times you ask them. The staff will behave rudely to you and treat white people nicely even when you are giving them same amount of money. When you want to reach your ferry on time to leave from Gili, no matter how many times you ask them they won't help you. The horse carts won't come because they will tell you only hotel can call us. Even if you make them talk to the receptionist they will ask them to not come. They will make your life a living hell just because of your skin color but they will bend over backwards for the white person next to you. So please avoid this hotel at any cost. Had the worst travel experience of my life with this ****** hotel.

Lombok foi um dos locais escolhidos por nós para passarmos 5 dias, durante a nossa recente viagem pela Indonésia. O Sheraton Senggigi foi o resort onde ficámos. É uma propriedade que se localiza junto à praia, no meio de vegetação luxuriante. Apesar das infra-estruturas do resort estarem muito usadas e com decoração antiga, o enquadramento cénico é único e, nem que seja só por isso, vale a pena conhecê-lo. O resort fica a 1 hora, de táxi, do aeroporto e como tivémos problemas com uma das malas que não apareceu (deficiente serviço da Super Air Jet), fizémos um check in tardio. Vínhamos com fome, mas percebemos que a cozinha da propriedade encerra às 22:30 e a partir dessa hora não há possibilidade de ter aqui uma refeição. A alternativa foi pedir comida de um restaurante de fora do hotel, através da App Grab. O check in foi feito com simpatia, o nosso estatuto Titanium foi reconhecido, fomos acompanhados ao quarto e foi-nos feito um upgrade para uma suite (#5348). Esta era bastante antiga, embora espaçosa, com quarto separado da sala. Infelizmente, começou a chover bastante e começou a haver água a cair do teto da casa de banho. Assim, no dia seguinte mudaram-nos para outra suite (#6152). Esta estava renovada, com algum cheiro a mofo, mas como havia um ambientador perfumante, o cheiro tornava-se menos desagradável. Tinha também sala e quarto separados, vários sofás para podermos relaxar, uma pequena mesa e duas televisões. A cama King era confortável, o AC funcionou adequadamente e havia café e água gratuitos, repostos diariamente. A casa de banho era ampla com um lavabo, banheira e duche separados. A housekeeping, incluindo serviço de turndown, fez um trabalho eficiente. Tomámos o pequeno-almoço buffet, incluído na tarifa, diariamente, e este disponibilizou uma variedade regular de opções. Também fizemos as principais refeições no resort e a comida servida foi de boa qualidade. A lista dos vinhos era limitada e mesmo dos que constavam, a maioria estava esgotada. De notar que os membros Elite tinham 20% de desconto nas despesas de restauração. O staff do hotel foi acolhedor, simpático e solícito. Mas, na realidade, o que nos surpreendeu foi a beleza e o envolvimento do local onde está implantado o resort: vegetação luxuriante, jardins extremamente bem cuidados, decorado com inúmeras estatuetas, algo místicas, piscina também com decoração a condizer, contribuindo para o misticismo do lugar. A praia de areia preta, vulcânica, é banhada por mar calmo e tépido, embora a cor da água seja escura e não das mais atrativas. Sem dúvida, que o grande trunfo da propriedade são os seus exteriores que, embora antigos, lhe impregnam um ar misterioso, de santuário perdido no meio da selva. É verdade que o resort necessita de obras de renovação urgentes nalguns locais, mas esperamos que os proprietários, quando as fizerem, preservem os exteriores tal como estão.
