Best Western Plus Forest Park Inn Reviews

We had an excellent stay. The room was clean and tidy. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Ps. The complimentary breakfast was great.

This BW Plus is very clean and very spacious. No crowded anything! Mucho parking. Gilroy is the gateway into Silicon Valley. Great place to “park” and then tour things further north up the 101. This hotel is one min off the 101! Ignore negative comments in Trip.com. All is very clean with a very hard working staff. My check-in clerk was so very competent and helpful. You’d think she was working at the Ritz in New York City.

Good place to stay if shopping at Gilroy Premium outlet....

OK, in line with Samsung's expectations

We checked in early and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The TV remote was glitchy and the maids knocked on the door starting at 8:00 AM, but those were the only negatives. The room was clean and cozy.

The room was very clean, nice carpet and soft beds. Shower has soap, shampoo/conditioner. We had a nice view of the pool and the city, from the 3rd floor. Room was spacious & very quiet. I traveled with my family and they both raved about how much they loved the hotel. Breakfast was amazing! Pretty much had everything you could think of and the food was fresh & tasty. We will definitely be back and/or recommend this hotel to anyone heading to the Monterey Bay area.

Some of the bathroom fixtures were falling apart such as the bath faucet popped off and the light switch was broken. Otherwise the room was clean and staff was friendly

Would stay again! Wonderful staff, nice accommodations. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Felt safe with ample parking.

Acoustics seem to be alittle worse from this part of the property; normally stay in the other building I’m in room 118 while I love it being on the first floor I don’t love acoustics coming from other rooms; everything is good otherwise

Room was clean. Favorite thing was the coffee, hot cocoa and cookies available 24/7. It was a nice evening treat.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament at the Morgan Hill Sports Complex. It was a 12 min easy drive to the hotel from the sports complex. Check in staff was very friendly, let us check in an hour early, and provided us extra towels for our room and pool towels. 1/3 of our team stayed at this hotel for the tournament and they all enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day. Pros: breakfast provided was decently good. Had options like bagels, toasts, muffins, eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, cereal and different drinks Only cons we had: the toilet didn’t flush in the beginning, it had no water in the tank. This was an easy thing we fixed w/o notifying the hotel. The beds also felt springy, any time you rolled over I was able to feel them. Wasnt the worst, but could have been better. Overall, would stay here again if in the area

Very nice hotel, comfortable room and great staff. The only issue we had was with the wifi.

Not enough Ice machines on the floors. Vending and Ice should be next to each other.
