I made a reservation in a hurry, but it was a real value for money. I loved the styler. First of all, I give you breakfast for free, and I give you baked egg cereal on ramen. I rested well for one night and ate well until morning and checked out. I recommend it if you find a Gimhae accommodation ^^

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city, but it was better because I didn't like the city center, which was crowded and uneven !! I had a spa bath and I had a spa with my friends. Spa bath light key and chat party ㅋㅋㅋ so happy ＞＜ I had a delivery app because there was no restaurant around ㅋㅋ accidentally found a delivery restaurant ㅋㅋㅋ boss also Kind ~! Stayed on a trip with three adults, parents. The hotel was clean and soundproof. Tancheon next to the hotel gives you comfort, it is under construction across the street, but it is not noisy at all. There is a lot of parking space. I had a late night meal with a cup noodle and a drink I received while I checked in. The breakfast sandwich was delicious too. Quiet and comfortable ㆍ Recommended if you are looking for a fragile.

I brought my parents and stayed in a Pine View Suite with an on-site room upgrade. Not only the exterior of the hotel, but also the interior and furniture were all built with the highest quality materials, creating a luxurious atmosphere and at the same time a comfortable feeling without being burdensome. In particular, I was surprised by the thoughtfulness of being able to press the elevator in advance within the room, and the pine trees planted on each terrace and the wood-toned rooms made me feel like I was at home, so I had a really good rest. It was a hotel where you could fully enjoy greater value than the price, thanks to the friendly service of the staff. This spacious room is recommended not only for families, but also for business travelers staying for a while!

The staff was so nice and clearly. The hotel was so clean and convenient with many services as breakfast, wake-up call, airport drop-off, laundry. I was very pleasant with my experience here, would like to book again when i have a chance.

I stayed in the capsule room for 2 nights and I got sick... there's no air conditioning control and whatever they have to keep the air flow made my throat sore on my last morning. I eventually lost my voice. My voice came back (still husky) but I'm still coughing a lot with green mucus... it's been 1 week from my trip in busan and I'm not fully recovered. I happen to have asthma which makes me more prone to these things but still, I doubt this is good for anyone. I liked their normal rooms a lot but I definitely won't do the capsule room again.

Although the rooms are not large, they are clean enough for a family to travel comfortably. Well equipped and good location There was a problem with the room being booked differently from the actual reservation, possibly due to a problem with Trip.com's reservation system. You must check in advance whether the room type is right by phone. It's a shame that there is only one electric vehicle charging station at slow speed. My family and I stayed at the hotel from 26 Dec to 28 Dec 2023 and upon checkout, the staff insisted that they had issues reversing my 200 000 krw deposit because I didn't use the same card. This is strange and confusing because I only used one credit card the whole time in Korea. I also used the same card to pay for the hotel booking upon check in. We stayed in other Lotte Hotels in Korea and compared to those hotels, our experience at Lotte Hotel Busan was not the best. During check-in, i had several questions for the staff assisting us but she told us curtly that she will explain this later. Perhaps it was a language issue but definitely rubbed me the wrong way. During our time using the pool, different lifeguards asked me on two separate occasions if my family had registered to use the pool -- we paid for the pool usage and received wristbands. They also hovered around my family quite a bit - prolly cos my husband's arm tattoo was showing under his shirt and my kids are rather loud (they are 3 and 6 fyi). We were also told by the staff to keep our 3 year old quiet. We understand that compared to perhaps other Korean children, our child can be quite loud. We tried our best to keep him quiet but he is just 3 and simply excited to be there and it was not so nice to feel like we were being watched all the time for our child.

Very good room and location. Not too far from Busan station and port, so it’s very convenient when traveling. The only downside is that the kettle wasn’t working, but they quickly replaced which was good. I will come back when I’m in Busan again.

It's very close to the station, about 2 minutes away. The food stall next to the hotel was very busy with locals. Cleaning is on a request basis, and if you don't want cleaning, they will put towels and garbage bags in a paper bag and hang it on the door. The shower has a door, so you don't have to worry about the bathroom floor getting wet. The refrigerator is a large household type, so it cools well and can also be used for freezing. There is a water purifier, so you can use both hot and cold water. There are cups, but I recommend bringing paper cups with you or buying them at Daiso. The best thing was that the staff helped with delivery. If you want to use it, I recommend that you have exactly the right amount of cash on hand. If I go to Busan again, I will use it!
