Excellent service. Very private hotel. My children loves it

The hotel environment, facilities, and services are all very good, especially the food and beverages are good in appearance and content. The surroundings are very quiet. The beach is good for taking photos, but not for swimming. It is worth staying for four nights... The only thing I don't understand is that it is very difficult to reply to the hotel's emails. Compared with the other two hotels, the emails are replied in seconds. The English communication is not smooth. The email method should be better, so I don't understand...

First-class service quality

I am a repeat customer. I love Hiramatsu and have been to many hotels around the country, so I stayed here hoping for a good meal, but it was down to the level of a family restaurant. I now understand why it was so empty even during the holidays. The staff were not bad, but I would say it was better before, and it was disappointing because it didn't seem worth the price.

Each HIRAMATSU location has its own unique character, and I was really looking forward to visiting Ginoza. First, we were greeted when we arrived at the driveway. This is the place where you wait for the cart while enjoying the view. It's a place where you can imagine your HIRAMATSU resort life starting as you look out over the ocean on the east coast of Okinawa. It's a very stylish arrangement. The cart came to pick us up and took us to the reception building where we checked in. This is also on a hill overlooking the ocean. It's a really wonderful place. The wind was strong during our stay so we couldn't enjoy the pool or jacuzzi, but the view from our room was of the ocean all to ourselves. It's a great location. The food at every HIRAMATSU was excellent. It was delicious and enjoyable. The villa garden room by the sea is great!

This time, I returned to Narita from overseas and headed to Okinawa immediately, so the content may be biased, but I will write about what I noticed. (I didn't have time to fill out the review form that was on the table in the room...) This time, I stayed in a villa on the second floor at the southern end for three nights. The sea can be seen from the balcony, and although there is not much difference in elevation, it is still beautiful. You can hear the sound of the waves well. The beach is not cleaned, so there is a lot of trash, but it didn't bother me. I don't know if you can swim in spring, summer, or autumn. There are no particular complaints about the hardware, including the room and the jacuzzi on the balcony, and it is well designed and well maintained. The bed is one step higher and has a good view. The jacuzzi was warm and comfortable even in the middle of the night in winter. Beach sandals are also provided in the room. The temperature of the room heater can be adjusted freely, so I never felt cold. However, some people may say that it is better to have a lock on the toilet. After staying for several nights, I wanted to have a Japanese meal or something light in between. This time, I ordered room service on the second night, but the Okinawan food did not suit my taste, which was a problem. If the menu had a little more explanation of the food, I would not have made the wrong choice. I wanted a menu with just regular rice, miso soup, and pickles. The French course I ordered on the first night was delicious considering the price, but I wasn't particularly impressed. The wine matching was also average. The Japanese breakfast on the second night was also average. The contents of the minibar were disappointing. Although it was said to be all free, Orion beer was not particularly appealing. I wonder how it would be if they mixed it with other beers or highballs. Orion beer may be good for guests who are visiting Okinawa to enjoy it, but for guests who want to stay at a good beach resort in Japan, you want to choose purely on the taste. Everyone was kind and friendly in terms of customer service. There were many people, so I have no complaints. I rented a car from Naha Airport, but I think valet parking should be only for those who request it. There are probably guests who are jet-lagged and hungry in the middle of the night and want to go to a convenience store. It would be a different story if the hotel had another reason for wanting to have the key.

We stayed at the villa for 3 nights and had 2 dinners and 3 breakfasts. The gastronomy, the warm service, the clean rooms, and above all, the time spent in the beautiful natural surroundings was wonderful. There are many hotels in Okinawa, but I will continue to choose this one.

A family of 3 with preschoolers stayed for 2 nights in an executive twin room on the 2nd floor. A small luxury resort with a small number of guest rooms, located in a location far from the hustle and bustle, which is rare for a resort on the main island. I thought it would be perfect for enjoying a meal while spending time slowly. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. The furnishings were excellent, and I was able to spend time calmly and elegantly. The speed of wifi is perfect. It was relatively cold during my stay, so I didn't go in the pool, but the jacuzzi on the room's terrace had hot water, so I was able to relax. The beach is just down the stairs. The children thoroughly enjoyed playing in the sand. Since there are only a few rooms, the premises are all calm, and the solid interior and exterior create a very comfortable atmosphere. And the food is "Hiramatsu" quality even in Okinawa. Both the restaurant and the lounge were all very delicious meals using local ingredients. In terms of service, although there was some variation between staff members, they were generally very polite and attentive. The only drawback is that the facilities are a little lacking. Since it is a resort that claims to be a stay type, I think that the laundry service is in high demand, but unfortunately there was only self-service. The self-laundry also has a long waiting list, so I can't wash it after all. If possible, I would like you to introduce a laundry service. Also, the spa was fully booked every day and I couldn't take it. I'm sorry for this too. Also, at dinner on the first day, amuses and appetizers were served extremely late. Each took 20-30 minutes. The course after that and the dinner on the second day were served smoothly, so I think there must have been some trouble. The quality of the rooms and meals is as good as any other Hiramatsu. However, in terms of software, I felt that it was a little lacking compared to other "Hiramatsu", so minus 1 point.
