it was a comfortable stay. just had a lack of an allotted parking facility. The room was clean. I had a nice stay.

My booking was from 23 Rd dec to 25 th Dec. We were reached at 6 o'clock .I that time They said that there is no specific parking available for the hotel ,you can park the vehicle on the road side common parking area .So specially asked the safety about the vehicle,and they confirmed there was no issue.But at night my car got damaged in the parking area ,but there is no positive response from Hotel people. It's a heavy loss for me.My travel purpose is also disturbed. also there is no hot water in the morning. Multiple remainders are given to start the same. In night a lot of noise comes from outside. Even if we book with this much high price there are no complimentary things provided by the hotel.If you require a water bottle, that is also chargeable.So all together it's not a preferred hotel for any Family travelers or peacefull stay expected people.

1) checkout time is 10 in the morning but, hot water not coming in the morning. Hotel staff provide me heater for hot water, well at that time i felt my house facilities better than this because at home i don't have to put heater in water bucket, well i am thankful to this hotel to give me such this kind of experience that i didn't do before. Haha 2) only 1st time they provided mineral water rest all time the drinking water is normal. During the booking it's mentioned that they will provide mineral water, but they didn't from second time.
